She also helped me with transferring my x-ray to their office. She provided accurate and straightforward advice, it's clear she knows what she's doing Joseph was very accommodating, it was my first extraction (hadn't been to a dentist in years). He gave me to option of knowing what was going on, then explained as he went keeping things simple. The whole procedure was much quicker than I expected. I was pretty nervous going in, yet both Simone and Joseph were perfectly jovial, while absolutely professional. I will be recommending Dental Spot to anyone in need of a dentist, and will be back there myself for work I need in the future. They completely upturned my expectations on visiting a dentist, I am truly amazed that they could turn removing a tooth into a pleasant experience.

Let me start at the beginning (it's a very good place to start, if The Sound Of Music taught me anything through song, which it did). I got a pink flyer in the mail saying 20% off dental treatments, and no gap payments (health funds accepted). I thought, Ben ol' son, that sounds like a great deal. So I made a booking. I forgot the postcard, but they gave me the 20% off anyway. Legends! Dr Courtney was uhhhh-mazing. Wonderful patient manner, she explained everything, was gentle, informative and is pretty much my new BFF. They have the very latest equipment, including an awesome TV screen with undersea scenes on to distract you from whatever you're having done. They also take photos of your teeth and put them on the TV for you to look at to explain what's going on. Long story short, I'm a grinder and need to get a mouthguard. Curse you, teefs!

I am "terrified" of Dentists (tortured 60 years ago by one!), so his lovely assistant held my trembling hands throughout most of the root canal procedure. I went white at the words "root canal" - so many bad stories. Dr Jag made sure constantly that l was in no pain. I felt no paint whatsoever during the procedure and even had stitches. Dr Jag was very lovely the entire time. So much so that l will be returning (miracles "do" happen!!) for further treatments ... following about 20 years of neglect (from being afraid to go). Dr Jag got the entire abscess and sack out and after a couple of neurophen l've been as good as gold.

They gave me lots of great advice on what works (and what isn't worth doing) for my teeth and gum health. - They also check out your gums (not just your teeth) which is key for a healthy mouf, and for keeping all your pearly whites. - Comfy chairs. - Clinic is fitted out with modern dental tech. Added bonus: They use digital radiography to scan your teeth (which means being exposed to much less radiation than the normal x-rays dentists often use). So, less of a chance that you'll grow a tail or go rampaging through Tokyo at some point (so maybe that's a con for some?). In a nutshell, the folks at Whole Tooth know their bidness, and made the whole process relatively painless. Highly recommended!
