He is also super nice and never charges me the gap because I have been going to see him for something like ten or eleven years now. Every staff member I dealt with was fantastic, from front desk/ phone, to ortho nurses, and Dr Bonic of course, whether it was regular appointments or emergencies. So calming, friendly & fun even for nervous patients like me! The practice is in a gorgeous heritage building, handy to public transport, and with modern equipment & techniques. I also had my teeth cleaned and some fillings put in, her gentle and precise technique ensured I was not in any discomfort. Lynette is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions and concerns I had. They were even able to take photos of my teeth (the molars at the back) and show me what work needed to be done, this was awesome as I could actually see the difference in what she had done to fix my teeth! The clinic was extremely hygienic and I especially enjoyed the rainforest wallpaper which I appreciated while my teeth were being cleaned. If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend this practice as Lynettes experience, knowledge and passion towards her work is remarkably apparent.

He was friendly, efficient, proficient, informative, and inspired comfort and confidence in me. He appears to be the only dentist in his office, which gives it a comfortable, friendly feel. The office is quite nice, too, very modern and bright and clean. And there's free off-street parking in front; you just need to take care not to miss the small lane. I'm going to go back to Peter as my regular dentist.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a few years now and have never been treated with such kindness, honesty, professional care and practices than I have by the team at Castle Hill. A VERY special shout-out to Dr Sam for giving me honest and sound advice, and subsequently, the smile I'd been waiting literally 20 years to have. I've been to countless dentists, orthos etc regarding my issue (baby tooth with adult tooth floating around in top palette) all singing the same tune - Surgery and braces and/or tooth implant (which always hung over my head as I cant afford it), with potential of messing with my sinuses etc, or the braces not working because I'm now an adult. Only Dr Sam gave me an option that I could financially and physically achieve - that leaves the heavy stuff on the table, if it ever becomes actually necessary! I have confidence to smile and didn't need to sell my soul to achieve it. A huge thanks also to hygienist Nadia, assistant Mona, and receptionist Colleen, for always being welcoming, kind, and patient. The whole team exudes passion and professionalism and makes me actually enjoy going to the dentist! ...they also have Afterpay!
