We searched and search for properties online and found one that seemed to be interesting to us. Turns out it was Mr. Morin's listing. We called him after a week of family discussions and it was an epiphany moment. We knew from the moment we chatted with him that he would be the person to find our forever home. That week as we drove thru 7 states to meet with him; he not only cleared his schedule for that time frame but had everything lined up and ready for us to see. When we finally shook hands, we knew he was honest, sincere and very trustworthy. We knew he would work for us in a way many other senior realtors wouldn't. I requested to see the condition of the carpet at the time, but I was not allowed access to verify it myself. I later worked with a property manager at the time who reviewed the situation and cleared the remaining balance, bringing my account to $0 owed. However, the issue was never properly resolved long-term. A later employee I dealt with did not take the matter seriously and dismissed my concerns, stating she deals with many people every day, which came across as though my issue was not a priority. Despite my account showing a $0 balance, I continue to receive calls from debt collectors on a regular basis. I have also submitted disputes twice, but the charges continue to be validated by the property. This has now negatively impacted my credit for years, despite the fact that I no longer owe any balance. It has been extremely frustrating trying to resolve something that should have been fully closed years ago.

They do the screening on renters and also perform quarterly inspections on the house to change filters and maintenance. We had a few issues with the house and Ashli recommended a great plumber.

That was over a week ago and i haven't seen or heard from him since. i called my point of contact over there specifically about it and i STILL haven't heard anything. i think, as the renter, you have to be VERY persistent to get things done with them. they act like they are very good about it upon initial move-in, but after a few days, you fall by the wayside with all the other renters and you become forgotten. it's getting very frustrating, but what can you do when you're not the one paying them? i am simply the one living in the house with the issues :/
