I was promised numerous times that I would get a copy of everything my wife and I signed at closing. Nothing was received. On September 13, I informed the office as well as my escrow officer that I still had not received a copy of my closing documents. I was promised that it would be sent ASAP. Nothing was received. I had to send other emails until I finally received them on November 22, 2021. A full 3 months later. Had I not said anything, I'm not even sure I would have ever received anything. Also, I told them which was our mailing address and for some reason, they put the remote location address as my mailing address. I was promised that this would be fixed and of course it has not been done and now I need to figure out how to do it myself. So, if you want to sign documents at closing and potentially not receive them, this is the title company for you. If you want to get your important documents mailed to a random location, this is the title company for you. If you want your customer service to end as soon as your payment is processed, this is the title company for you. I just felt that once my payment cleared, it was on to the next "deal." Since I didn't have a copy of my closing documents, I had also asked them to remind me if the property taxes were getting paid with the closing funds and again, I never got my basic question answered. The lack of customer service and professionalism is not what I expect from Stewart Title. You were warned.

I request that my entry ways front and back doors be wheel chair accessible. I also requested that my master bedroom entry way to bedroom and shower and toilet be accessible for wheel chair. I could not back out of the deal because if I did I would lose my $2,000.00 dollars. The money was given as a promise to stay with Braselton until my home was built.
