All bedroom furniture including beds, tallboys, bedside tables, even some you could use as coffee tables and the likes if you wanted. But personally I just don't shop here. I am not the type of person to pay, as an example, nearly $1000 for a dressing table. Not when I bought one, years back when I needed one after moving to a house with no built ins, for around $400 from a friend for a massive wardrobe, 2 dressing tables and 2 bedside tables. I realise it was second hand but it is still fantastic, has barely any marks and is solidly built. So even if I was going to buy good I would most likely check out second hand places and the likes rather than go here. Just not really my style of shop, even though it may suit plenty of others and does have nice stuff to buy.

They can also hook you up with pillows and all sorts of accessories that can make your night sleep as 'sound' as possible. As long as we stick with it I think it'll make our progress easier, just need to find the best of both our worlds, hubbies and mine. The sales assistant was the only person in the shop and she had to go from one customer to the next, think at least two staff should have been present for two reasons, customer assitance and the other security. Hubby and I sat on the first bed we noticed and it turned out to be a memory foam mattress, and as my son put it previously 'it feels like lying on a bed of marshmallows'..he's not half wrong because I imagine it would be a bit like that, he,he,he. Next was a normal sprung mattress and that didn't feel right, lastly a latex mattress which felt really good but maybe a little too soft even though it was labelled as medium density. Price wise too much, long single $1200 and as we were wanting two to make up a King Size = $2400, then we needed a base it was just too much. They make their own beds and have been manufacturing since the 1800's, being a family business which is great. But unfortunately I don't think we'll be buying from here as what we wanted cost too much but there is a good range on display and the service is very good.

So this shop seems to team up with Everday Living and I was just going to do one review since they…read moreare technically in the same store but all the other online content lists the two stores separately, with different web sites for each (even though they even have the same catalogue on both). So I basically had to do two reviews. They are sharing a tenancy and providing a more complete solution to encourage more people to go there. Whatever works I guess. Everyday Living is obviously the furniture side of the store. They have some beautiful buffets especially. I love buffets. However I have never owned one, needed one or wanted one particularly but they look lovely. The thing I really liked about this place is most of their dining suites came in two sizes and with either 6 or 8 chairs. I was recently looking specifically for ones with 8 chairs and they are not that easy to find a good range. But this place seemed to have lots of special offers on the same pieces with either 4 or 6 chairs, or 6 or 8 chairs, or different length tables. Price wasn't bad on them either but it was a big stocktake sale at the time so not sure they would all be that cheap all the time, however it does give you a good idea that their specials would always be pretty worthwhile. They have some great specials and having the beds/mattresses under the same store roof means when they have bonus deals you get them when you purchase anything from either store as a combined amount.

Yes they do but not what I was after despite them stocking the brand I thought I really wanted. There's something about pillows top mattresses which I don't like which I suppose I'm a bit old school about. You see, I prefer to be able to flip the mattress over, not just rotate them 180 degrees. There were plenty of mattresses and ensembles on display along with complete bedroom suites, furniture and manchester. I thought the kids beds looked really cool, like the boys racing car was so cute and the girly, girl pink fairy styles. We did get asked if we needed assistance but by this stage we'd already decided there was nothing in here for us. Oh well, our quest continues.

Was told it was the manufacturer's fault which I understand, but still highly unimpressed with the service and would never buy anything from them again. Update: The furniture was finally delivered - damaged. Called them and they said they'd organise new furniture for me but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them.
