Hello. My name is Joseph Anthony Mangi and I'm a professional Political Campaigner. I had my first website, online portfolio designed by a web design company located in Long Island, NY, by the name of "White Media," in 2011. Truth be told, at the time I knew very little about shopping around for reputable web design companies. If I would have had the great fortune of coming across "Dreams Animation," during my initial search in 2011, I would have not hesitated to have had my first website, online portfolio designed by "Dreams Animation!" Unfortunately, in my case "White Media," did not properly design my website and provided me with poor customer service. My current website, online portfolio requires updates to my site every two years because of my line of work! I professionally campaign for elected officials running for re-election and for political candidates running for office for the very first time. My current line of work requires me to campaign every election cycle, which occurs every two years. This is the main reason as to why my website, online portfolio has to be properly updated every two years. In December of 2014, being that my website, online portfolio was long overdue for major updates, I once again began searching for so called reputable web design companies and I came across, "iGenii INC.," located in Manhattan, NY. I invested nearly four months of my valuable time and money, but to my terrible misfortune once again like my overall poor experience with "White Media," I had encountered extremely poor customer service with the owner of "iGenii INC.," leaving me with no other recourse then to cancel my contract and services with his company. Shortly after my fall out with the owner of the web design company, "iGenii INC.," in which I had invested and wasted nearly four months of my valuable money and time, I had no clue as to where to turn in order to finally find a legitimate reputable web design company that would properly get the job done in performing major updates to my website, online portfolio where "White Media," and "iGenii INC.," had miserably failed me as a client by not properly servicing me nor successfully accomplishing the task at hand! I honestly believe that by me coming across "Dreams Animation," for the very first time via "yelp.com," became the miracle I was praying for! I was initially extremely impressed with "Dreams Animation," business website, including their wide array of different services, packages, and options they provide to their clients on a daily basis. I took a chance by calling "Dreams Animation," in order to seek additional information about their services and I was left with an indelible impression of the company after I had first spoken with Nucha in sales! She was a delight to speak with and gave me the confidence and reassurance I was so desperately seeking in order for me to set up a free consultation appointment with the Digital Creative Director of "Dreams Animation," Ricardo A. Diaz De La Vega. I honestly didn't know what to expect prior to my free consultation with Ricardo, based on my horrible previous encounters with "White Media, iGenii INC.," but Ricardo took the time to patiently listen to my situation and allowed me ample time to let me explain what needed to be done in order to finally have my website, online portfolio properly updated and completed to my complete satisfaction! Ricardo perfectly understood my situation and what needed to be done in order to properly complete the major updates on my website. He also had the compassion to understand that because I had lost valuable money and time with "iGenii INC.," I was extremely tight with my personal finances. Ricardo went above and beyond to accommodate me in every way, shape, and form by properly servicing me and working with the tight finances that I had at the time. In my honest humble opinion Ricardo and "Dreams Animation," did for me what no other web design company would have done by working with me on the pricing for my project that I could afford, provided me with excellent customer service, successfully performed the major updates to my website, online portfolio, never failed me as a client which "White Media, iGenii INC.," had previously failed me, and ultimately finally got the job done, mission accomplished!
