At that point, it was clear they either gave our order to the wrong person or never had it ready, and instead of admitting the mistake, they chose to lie and push it onto the customer. This is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but dishonesty and refusal to fix the situation is what makes this experience so bad. I would not trust them with any important order. They could've just simply said that they messed up and gave our order to the wrong person and I would've gladly came back once it was ready.
