The beautiful Rose!! Where do I even begin? Rose encapsulated my vision for my wedding beyond my expectations. From the bouquets to the centerpieces to the flowers on our wedding cake. It seems Rose only does quality work if you walk through her front door. Mine was a Flowershopping.com order--redirected when I was looking for Viviano's. Shame on me for not noticing the scam, but shame on Rose for taking the order, even though, as she told me on the phone, she ran out of flowers earlier in the week. She filled my 'deluxe' order with four old roses and two dead lillies, a few unopened lillies a bunch of stock, and a big gawdy pink bow her lack of creativity, product, and effort. (The third pic is what it was supposed to look like!)When I called to complain, she told me she had stacks of paperwork to look through for my order and she'd call on Saturday. No call. Rose's prices aren't any better than any other local florist and her quality is less than what you'd find at your local Meijer or Kroger. Guess she's just into filling wedding orders. read more

If you want someone to be kind to you, go elsewhere. I own and operate two retail businesses and if we talked to and treated our customers the same way the lady treated me today- YIKES! Please don't be defensive, just listen to your customer and then do whatever you need to do to resolve issues instead of making excuses for your delivery guy (who clearly doesn't communicate with you) and make it look like it is a bother for you to help me. Also, maybe answer the phone "Roses, how may I help you?" I just spent almost $90 on flowers for my sister who lives there! I definitely will ask her who to use in the future, as I live in another part of MI. read more

I do understand if they are not making any additional deliveries today but I believe that they could still be kind (listen, wait for a response from the consumer, speak without frustration in their voice). The person that answered the phone was not able to do any of this and hung up before I could response to her. Also, my mom was out for a walk and they gave her a call to make sure she got them as it was cold out. Great customer service! I ordered a centerpiece for my grandmother, to be delivered on Christmas Eve. It's a bit of a tradition, and important that it be a centerpiece. However, through miscommunication that was at least 50% my fault, a tall piece in a vase was delivered. Roses of Warren were quick to pick up the piece with a vase and replace it with a centerpiece. The flowers in both arrangements were gorgeous, and I was impressed with their fantastic custommer service and willingness to help. Edit- While initially very impressed, especially with the customer service, the flowers died VERY quickly. Most died before they bloomed. Very sad for a $100 arrangement. The centerpiece didn't even last a week. Will know to go with different florist next year, hopefully the flowers will last through the new year. read more

I ordered Mother's Day flowers. I looked online and decided to purchase the Premium selection. When the flowers arrived they did not even look as good as the standard selection. The amount of flowers was very skimpy. I have ordered online flowers from other florists and got just what the picture looked like. I would not buy from this vendor again. read more

I recommend Roses of Warren to everyone! You won't be disappointed! VERY VERY pleased with the flowers and personal customer service. First time using this location. I picked them because of the close proximity to the recipient and to try someplace new. I have not been totally happy with the past places I've been using. They will now be my #1 for all my local deliveries. The arrangement was even lovelier than the picture/option chosen. Rose herself handled it and said it would be lovely: IT WAS! This was for a birthday. Same day delivery, late in the afternoon. I chose the "premium" option (largest with the most flowers) and I was worried there wouldn't be a lot. My experience has been that most times, the arrangement doesn't resemble what was ordered, and typically not the amount of flowers as shown in the picture. However, Rose assured me she had the flowers from the picture and then some. This was a most beautiful arrangement. Rose put a lot of love into that arrangement. The birthday girl was so happy and impressed with them. They arrived at the right time and they were just beautiful. Very fresh and smelled great. My mom and I stopped in looking for centerpieces and from the moment we walked in we seemed like an inconvenience. I asked if they had baby's breathe and with an attitude said "we don't just have bunches of those on hand" She was just rude and unpleasant with every question I asked. So we went to another well known florist in the area and they were great to work with! This place is also completely overpriced. It was almost 3 times the amount versus where I ended up getting the centerpieces. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else! read more
