We wanted to leave some amazing feedback after our amazingly successful Wine Tour (April 11 2015). From the get go, Peter and his team were completed organised and professional. They were willing to go above and beyond for every thing that we needed and answer all of my million questions - never making me feel like I was asking too many questions and always had time for me. He was always willing to help me in any way he could. The day was such a success and ran perfectly. It was so smooth and we didn't have to worry about anything for the whole day. DO NOT BOOK A WINERY TOUR WITH DREAMSCAPE. My friend booked a limo to take 14 of us on a winery tour for her 50th birthday. We received a call at the time of pick up saying the limo had broken down. They did organise another rickety bus but the driver, although lovely, did not know where he was going and only told us after he got lost that he needed help with directions. We had to use our phone GPS to help him as he only had an old melways. When we arrived at each winery, because we were late, they weren't expecting us, and kept on asking for a representative of the company which we did not have. We were also expected to pay for the tastings on top of the amount my friend had already paid! This was only sorted by one of us harassing the Dreamscape owner throughout the day. He showed no remorse in ruining our friend's big day, and made it clear that my friend would probably not be getting a refund. Worst customer service ever. And then to top it off, when we arrived home, we had to pay the bus driver $325 which we will probably have to harass the owner on Monday to refund! Worst winery tour experience ever. read more
