While on the table, she guided my intentions for the session and had me focus and imagine negative things floating away. I was able to let go of some very heavy things I'd been holding on to and came out of the session feeling so much lighter and more at peace. My second experience was with Cassidy for a 90 minute massage. I told her I'd booked it because I'd seen it was recommended after the reiki session and as a reiki master she explained the link and went into more depth with the connection between the two. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained things about my body that had been affected by my mental state of mind. She intuitively knew after working on me for a few minutes that cupping would be needed to increase the blood flow and asked if she could do that. Just surrender to her and let her work her magic! She also used the singing bowls at the end of my session. Overall, I went into these appointments wanting to just relax, grasping at straws to get negative energy out of me because what I was doing wasn't working. But I feel like I have a better idea of what my skin needs and how I can achieve it.
