I just got the fond and I have to say that it disepoint... The onion rings are a bit soggy, the fries are the kind you get at McDonald's and the burger was a bit dull. The bread was dry and the burger had not much taste. It's not actually a bad burger but not good either. If you are here whit some friends, witch I recommend since the place have a fine selection of beers and the atmosphere is great, I guess that the burger is okey. I ordered the wine braised beef (okse) and it was so good I couldn't stop until I was done, despite being stuffed. But of course I couldn't resist getting dessert, I mean, I had to try a Norwegian dessert. I went with the traditional Apple crumble and it did not disappoint! It was fantastic. They also have a good selection of beer on draft and in bottle. I had trouble finding this place when I first tried to come here. The maps all show it slightly over more than it is, with the parking garage on the wrong side and the sign and entrance were hiding near the corner.

I do not know why the same type of girls tend to…read morefrequent the same places, but all the ugly ones that think they are hot because they squeezed their fat asses into tight little dresses, making them look like an over stuffed sausage seem to be the ones frequenting this place. Just because it "fits" doesn't mean it looks good. Granted the bar can't control who comes here...well they can, but they wouldn't have a lot of customers if they denied these girls. The bartenders here suck too. They have no idea what Midori is, which tells me you need to take yourself out of the bartending game. The floors and tables tend to be sticky and the bathroom is filthy. This is just not the place for me and I would rather cross the street and go to Justisen, which is probably one of my least favorite places in Oslo.

Kalveragu was veal rage with potatoes and it was delicious and filling. The portion was just right. The Shrimp Sandwich was light enough for this early in the morning, but filling enough to last several hours. Mussel with harrissa was bursting with flavor! Bread was perfect with it. Bookstore is on the same, but other side, of the ground floor level. By the time we were done with our "breakfast", I love that they serve real meals for breakfast, the outdoor dining area has been set up and was hopping with locals catching up with friends... and their dogs too! The patio is full of flowers and shaded by trellises and umbrellas.
