It came as no surprise that the size, and shoes sold to him, from that popular shoe outlet, were not correct as far as length and width. Carolyn patiently found the correct combination, explaining and giving guidance, without trying to upsell the sale. Joe was comfortable and pleased. Bottom line, Foot Store gained two new customers.
