It is now January 2026 and they have never responded. Expensive install. Low-quality results. Zero accountability. Once they get paid, don't expect them to stand behind their work. Few days ago, I had been informed the work is now complete and brought in an inspector with LMHA and failed again. He claims to me that they don't make sense to him and is avoiding me. Based on recommendation from a source at LMHA to use the "company" that specializing in renovations and repairs meeting HQS standards. Clifford claims he knows about LMHA and has 40 years experience but he couldn't deliver his work, guarantees and with expectations to pass HQS inspection.
