I've tried washing it myself. Even rented a big machine for it. My results were decent, but, boy, not like this. The white house trim and gutters pop. Our white garage door only looked this good when it was first installed decades ago. The siding is spotless, and the mildew is gone. I even had him pressure wash our old deck. I don't think I've ever seen it look this good. Terry says the magic is in his use of hot water and a special cleaner, but it also comes from his 30 years of experience and his attention to detail. We did a walk through of all the items I wanted a quote on; if he was unable to do what I ask then I'm glad I was notified upfront. He also provided a time frame of the requested work. The quote was sent via email the next business day and he followed up a few days later to see if I wanted the work done. I prefer to pay more through a company instead of someone using YouTube and no skill. He also pointed out a few items I needed to take a look in the future so it doesn't get worst.
