Great location, my granddaughters never rode horses before, after 8 weeks of lessons I was amazed at what they learned.

I wanted to make a candid review. We love Roscoe so much. He just turned 1 years old on November…read more1st. He makes us so happy when he is not acting like a booger. The price for him was way cheaper than what Cockapoos normally cost. So that is a plus. However, one thing to note is that depending on the situation, once you sign the contract, that's it. For example, 6 days after getting him, he had Parvo and was in the hospital for a little over two weeks (major $$$$$). He felt fine through the day, but by night, he wasn't looking good. It happened so fast, that it was good we took him when we did or he wouldn't have made it. I contacted Tammie to let her know because the doctors told me she should know, but she said she didn't hear anything from the other pet parents. This is what is difficult, even though the Doctors were pointing to the breeder the entire time he was in the hospital, there was nothing she was obligated to do because of the contract we signed. It would have been nice if she could help financially, but she didn't. Also, when we got him, her son pointed out a mark on his belly. He said it was nothing. Once we got Roscoe home from the hospital after surviving parvo, we noticed the mark spreading. We took him to the vet, and it was ringworm which meant more money. But besides that, we had a nice experience with Tammy. You must hound her for pics and videos, but she will send them. The only reason it's 4 stars is because I wished she could have helped us with that parvo bill somehow.

We love him to pieces. He loves our Standard Poodle Trixie too! I HIGHLY recommend this breeder.

The emergency responder that returned my voicemail via text told me they would try to work my mare in on a Saturday for colic. This was about 0830, and eventually, after hours of texting & them waiting to tell me they couldn't come (8 hours later) I was instructed to take her to the Equine Hospital in Vegas, which we did. However, they stated that IM banamine was ok (it's NOT!) and frankly they should have suggested trailering her sooner. I doubt it would have changed the outcome (my mare had a bad small bowel impaction) but it was either a vet tech acting out of their scope of practice or a vet giving wrong info (regarding the Banamine) when they could have just said "give the IM liquid orally instead". And waiting from 8:30am until 4:30pm to suggest trailering her might have been something to recommend waaaaay earlier. Even if was just an upfront "Hay, don't expect me make it. Go ahead & trailer her to Vegas" would have been appreciated. Honestly, even without them being flaky, had they suggested I even consider taking her Vegas earlier in the day I would have immediately done so & had a good review to give here. I realize my mare was not established, but I also haven't experienced having a horse colicing before and needed straightforward answers & professional help. I did not receive that. Rather, poor communication & a delay in care. Again, i recognize that it's unlikely to have changed the outcome, but i would have been willing to establish my other mare there and respect them. But specifically about the Banamine, I did not believe I could trust them with my horses safety. I did post screenshots in order but it still mixed them up. They are time stamped though, so while difficult to follow, not impossible. Sorry yall.

There is also a Google Review in which Mrs. Wright did Respond in a matter to defend herself like she was on the Witness stand in a court room. Please Check that out: Screen Shot is attached, That review is what prompted this from me: Mrs. Wright, ( You don't hold the Moniker Dr. with me ) There is clearly a Communication breakdown between you and your staff. In different instances, you have been hard to get ahold which we had to physically come to your office to get what we needed. And when you say you called us back and it just rang with no voice mail... (Wrong answer)- All Cell phones go to voicemail, including Obama ones and the lowest cricket plan you can get. The Point is "It never went to Voicemail" is the oldest line in the book, And in bears death, this being a medical emergency this is 2024, even 911 will text you back- I'm just stating Facts,.... By the way the new excuse is "Voicemail is full" but its too late to back peddle on that now....Moving on..... The cold and callous remark from whatever candy striper in your office responded back: "Even if Bear passes at home, Still just bring him in". Of course this still would have been a two hundred dollar office visit, plus after care arrangements. With that said, I think its safe to say your more concerned about your tax bracket at the end of the month, Vs. Your bedside manner in a moment of a Grieving, family and their loss. Bear was 13 years old, He has been with us since he was a puppy. He was not just a pet, But he was a member of the family and for him to go like that.... I'm furious at you for that! And that will never change. The lack of care you guys have is at a biblical level. I'm sure you wont care what we have to write, actions speak so much louder than words. And this is tortiously round about. But I will leave things on this note... Sometimes, words do speak louder than actions, and a town this small, word travels fast. I have been reading more reviews on this site and it would appear that our family is not the only one that has had like run-ins with you and your "trained staff" as you put it. Your practice, Seems to be on a downward spiral. And I did see in your comments, that you were very quick to end care with our remaining companions. All snap judgements on your behalf with not even ..........ill wait .......c'mon......you know this one..... YES.... YES! a phone call.... The good ol' phone again..... Don't worry, we know... "Never went to Voice mail" right? -(However give her 1 star on a review and she responds before the ink dries)- We have spent years, and a lot of money with you, and we are tossed out like yesterdays newspaper. We are Grieving the loss of a family member, You have the compassion of a prison warden. Thanks again for that call. We appreciate you- Mrs. Wright, and the people that clock in there.... I want you to understand that I'm not mad at you for Bears Death. I am furious that no one in your office cares to do the right thing, EVEN when no one is looking. And that statement, I hope stings a bit, Because if anything comes out of this letter, I want every one In Kingman Arizona to know how you guys truly react when it really matters. You guys fell flat on your face- Nefarious!

When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. At the end of the day, I am thankful that Chewie is healthier, happier, and doing well now. Our little one came home healthy, confident, affectionate, and so full of love -- and we know that's entirely thanks to the nurturing environment Lexi provided. On her very first night, she climbed into bed with me and slept right by my side, purring softly like she had always been part of our family. Ever since, she's never wanted to sleep alone. She follows me around the house, cuddles into my arms, and wakes me every morning with soft chirps and squeaks just to be near me. She is the sweetest, most loving kitten I've ever met. But what has meant the most is how much she's helped my daughter and me. We've been going through a difficult and emotionally heavy time, especially my teenage daughter. Since our kitten arrived just one week ago, we've seen such a beautiful shift -- especially in my daughter. She smiles more, laughs more, and has become noticeably more responsible and caring. She takes initiative to feed her, play with her, and keep her safe. Their bond is something incredibly special, and I know it's helping my daughter grow in ways that truly matter. Lexi didn't just give us a kitten -- she gave us comfort, healing, and joy. Our baby has brought light back into our lives, and her calm, loving nature is proof that she was raised with true devotion and care. Lexi is not just a breeder -- she's a deeply compassionate, responsible person who raises her kittens like her own children. We are endlessly grateful for her, and we cannot recommend her enough.
