I have had several interactions with the CVS Pharmacy team. The pharmacists have an air of…read moresuperiority and act like you are bothering them if you have questions. Additionally, they refuse to schedule my mother's appointments for her annual vaccinations when she is standing there in person. They insist she go home to log online to schedule appointments. First, my mother does not have a home computer and two, she retired before the use of computers. I have also heard first hand the pharmacy team tell other senior citizens the same message. Due to this horrible customer service my mother who lives in the area and I, when visiting, have switched our business to another pharmacy.

I told them I got a brand new insurance. They said they need a card. I said I ain't got it yet bc it's new. They said they can't help me. I said can you look it up. They did nothing came up. I pulled my info up on my phone and she took it from me without even asking! Put in the info then said I owed 32.44 my insurance covers generic meds. So I come back to pick up my meds. And i ask about it. She tells me I need to call my insurance so I do. Insurance said no claim went through. They said they put it in right and it's the insurance fault. And now FINALLY they are calling the insurance company and "trying" to help. Let it be known they also LAUGHED and were snickering to themselves upon seeing me upset. I have been here for over an HOUR! Trynna pick up 1 singular medication! The pharmacy sucks, and so does the pharmacy manager who also acted like I was a BURDEN to deal with. I just busted my butt serving tables and would like to do an easy med pickup but they act like it's the hardest thing in the world. If I could curse them out I would. I am beyond upset. UPDATE: they got "off the phone" never even heard them talking to my insurance and again said it was insurances fault. I had to get their attention AGAIN to ring me up. I entered the store at 3:33pm and left at 4:57pm that is BS. (I only know bc I ended a phone call to go inside at that time) so mad, so tired, so over crappy ppl who don't wanna do their jobs. SHOUTOUT: Dustin/Ty the CVS store employees (NO AFFILIATION TO PHARMACY) they were super helpful in helping my me pick out a heating pad for my back. (Oh yeah I asked if I could open it to see the size the pharmacy told me to go up front -_-) and they were so kind listening to me air my griefs. CVS is a lovely store just horrible pharmacy service
