They have faint box colored hair and wear glasses and every time i've gone in there and they are working, i get a snooty remark just for simply communicating with this person; i'm assuming because i'm younger but i have always loved the workers there and now i'm uncomfortable to even go in and would rather just drive the extra minute down the road to the Exxon. Furthermore, the machine is labeled 5 minutes for $2 and doesn't say don't do any lesser amount as it won't turn on. So when I questioned if I can get my $0.75 back, it wasn't because I'm broke and need it. It's about the integrity of the service that is supposedly offered here.
