I got a cup of chili, consisting of ground beer or turkey and a lot of veggies, it was tasty and had a tiny kick of heat to it.. but I wouldn't have minded some beans, too. The service was a bit slow and not the most friendly, but it was Thanksgiving weekend so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I did get to sample my chili before ordering, which was nice, but they forgot to bring my order out alongside the chicken salad sandwich, and when we went to ask for it, there was nobody at the counter for a while to help. This may have impacted the overall rating more but we really did love that chicken salad!

I went to the location on the square and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I ordered the Big Red Bowl, with an açaí and granola base and different fruits, and added cacao nibs. It was really good!! I love açaí bowls because they feel healthier than ice cream or frozen yogurt and they're also very filling for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Everything tasted fresh and the prices are reasonable (~$11 for the large 16 oz bowl). They have some seating inside and sell a lot of local products. Bathroom available too. We waited an a hour and a half plus for a delivery from less than a mile away. When we called they told us that the order had been picked up, but when I called the restaurant 15 minutes later they told me that no one had come to get it. When we got in the car to go pick it up ourselves it finally updated and said that the driver was there to pick up the order, 30+ minutes late. It sucks that it takes forever to get in touch with anyone on the app and once you place your order you're at the mercy of the imaginary delivery gods. Plus, they definitely lied to us about this one. We've stopped using them, and it sucks because they have such good potential.

I called the number, and was told (after I'd already waited an hour) that the driver was going to go deliver another order, and come back and get mine from the wrong apartment. Let's not forget what a health hazard that is, but okay. I asked them to just refund the order, as it would be sitting outside for over 30 mins. The girl on the phone kept saying Ma'am it is EASTER - there is only one driver. Well how about closing and not accepting any orders if there's ONE driver? I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I got my food. It was cold and disgusting. They said no supervisor was working BECAUSE IT'S EASTER, MA'AM. And then she condescendingly just kept saying thank you for your business. The next day I was refunded a portion of my order, but I won't be ordering from this delivery service again.
