Wish I could give 0 stars and listened to the other reviews. Made an appointment at an available open time 5 days ago. Reached out two days ago saying I hadn't heard from anyone to confirm the appointment. No response. Get a text last night saying they are looking for a nurse to set up appointment. This morning I text and say when are they coming and they say they are still looking for a nurse. Why be able to schedule an appointment if no one is available and why only start trying to schedule the appointment the day before when I had requested it 5 days ago. They make you pay upfront too so hopefully I get refunded since they never found a nurse to do the appointment. Don't waste your time and energy on this. read more

Poor poor poor! Customer service! They didn't review my account correctly. My dad WAS a new client. I set up an account for my dad under my email, but with his information. They called me to do an intake and I had to tell her (not sure what her name is) this is for my dad. She then noticed the age and said they could not go through with the appointment (cap at 70: website doesn't clearly say anything about the age of 70). Then said I would get a refund. I confirmed there would be no appointments today and the person on the other.line.didnt apologize, didn't close her call before hanging up on me. I called back and left a voicemail. She called me back saying she said bye. How rude! Bye!? Given the research on this company, they need to do a better job on specifically stating an age cap on their website and providing a scripted customer service outreach. read more

When I travel for work I usually get a vitamin or immunity boost IV push or drip before hand, but I didn't this time. I was staying at the Kimpton hotel in Sacramento and woke up at 4am to a painful sore throat up through my ears and just feeling lousy. I searched yelp for IV and Drip Hydration had 5 stars with thorough reviews. I was so out of it I don't remember if I left a message on their site or emailed them, but obviously it was easy because Christi a registered nurse called me by 7:30am. She came to my hotel room within 45 minutes. I was impressed by the mobile service to start with and I wasn't in any shape to uber anywhere. Christi was like chicken noodle soup, vitamins and a comforting health care professional all rolled into one. She came with her portable IV stand and bag of supplies. She asked me a ton of questions and put together two IV bags of the vitamin Bs, C, magnesium and glutathione. Did it knock out this cold out for good? No. What it did was give me the energy, hydration I needed to work that day and attend a work event that evening. Had Christi not done the IV drip I would have been completely miserable and not able to work at all and wasted a flight. Christi was in and out within 45 minutes. I appreciated her transparency from beginning to end of her process, what she was using and why. I am so grateful to Christi, her quick response and her compassion for me as a patient and human being. I travel to Sacramento for work often and will be calling her for a wellness IV drip. Booked a 10am appt for today last night and paid the $300. I get a message at 9:18 am today saying they don't have any available nurses to accommodate me would it be okay to reschedule to 10:30. I call them back and I ask why was I able to book if someone wasn't available?? Didn't really get a solid answer other than there aren't any nurses near your location right now can you do noon? So now we've gone from 10 am to 10:30am to noon? Ok fine I want the service. 12:03 I send a message, nobody's here, do you have an eta? The response at 12:13 "So sorry about this! We currently don't have any available nurse for your appointment and we sincerely apologize for that! We can issue a refund for you right away, sorry!" So you not only allowed me to initially book but you rescheduled me then didn't even have the courtesy to cancel but let me believe someone would be coming until I had to reach out to you to find out that in fact nobody was coming. Wow. Just wow. Very disappointed because I was very excited to try your service. read more

Kristi was very helpful during this whole process. my mom was ill with stomach flu like symptoms and I got sick this morning with vomiting and starting searching for at home IV fluids since it would take hours at the nearby ERs. Nicole came out within a hour or two and was very helpful and thorough. My mom felt instantly better and her HR went back to normal. I'm starting a new job on Monday and when I started coming down with a Sinus/Head cold on Thursday I was desperate to find a way to get better by Monday. I got the immunity IV and some extra vitamin C Saturday morning and I'd say I felt 75% better immediately and at least 90% better the next morning. I bet I'm 100% good by Monday. Michelle was super sweet and caring and got the IV in on the first try, no pain :) scheduling and paying for the service was also very easy. I just had an IV hydration session with Maryam and I am SO blown away by how professional and amazing the entire process was! After searching for hydration infusions for the past two days and being turned away from a local naturopath because their doctor wasn't there to give clearance, I found drip hydration and I'm so happy I did! Intense immersion pilot training and book studies located out of my normal home state had me totally dehydrated and dragging. Stress and everything else that comes with this type of training... single-parenting, weather delays, very little sleep, etc ... all adds to performance (or lack of) and I simply wanted to feel like a normal human being, which makes all the difference. I heard about hydration iv therapy and decided to look it up here in Sacramento. Drip Hydration not only responded to my interest right away, they were available on a Saturday! AND the sweetest nurse came TO my hotel. She had all the good recommendations for what I felt I needed after talking with her about what I had going on. It was so easy, simple, and didn't take long at all. Plus, they have so many options... MANY... including hangover cures! And athletic recovery!
