The staff is generally polite, but at times there is a noticeable lack of professionalism. For example, during a recent visit, the weekday front desk staff openly discussed a client who had just left, referring to them as "funny" in a negative way and made other complaints--while I was still present. The level of comfort in having that conversation in front of another client was concerning and gave the impression that this may be a common occurrence. Was feeling a little tired over the last couple days. My office manager found this location and recommended the new member drip. There is a special online that we signed up for $139 (Wonder Juice) When I got to appointment, filled more paperwork out on iPad then sat down for my IV. The medical professional started asking questions and recommended I go with Myers Cocktail instead. No mention of a price change. I go to check out and they said final invoice is almost $400! I said told them, I thought it was $139. They said due to the extra things I added into the IV Next time, you'll want to tell you new clients that the recommendations are at a different price. There were no prices listed on the "menu" the medical professional gave me. Upfront staff was nice, but communication is key. When I walked in, the staff gave me a quick tour of the amenities and helped me get set up for my first cryotherapy session. The changing area was clean and well-stocked with robes, socks, slippers, and a headband to prep for the cold. The cryotherapy chamber was a unique experience, they even let me pick a song to play while I "froze my buns off" (I chose Beyoncé, of course). It was two minutes of exhilarating, freezing air that was actually kind of fun in a weird way! And a staff member was with me the entire time. Services Leg compressions: So comfortable, feels good helps the blood floor evenly thought out my legs and body, I was on setting 7, and it felt really good you get 1 hour Cryo therapy: I loved this the most, they give you some compression socks, slippers. Headband, robe for your body and bottom half, and some hand mittens, you have to use the slippers, mittens, and compression socks, everything else is optional the guy asked what degrees do I wanna start with, I said which ever he preferred, so I started at -182 degrees, it felt really good on the body, there's a screen you can see the temperature inside and you can see how your body is changing ever minute, it will say things like: your body is adjusting to the cold, ECT ...... All and al this place is good for self care, I have been on a self care bye this whole year and I need to start coming in more then I do now I love it here and will forsure return read more

Jen the aesthetician at this location of Restore is the BEST EXPERT on Neveskin. I would recommend using Jen at this location over Roseville location ANY TIME. Jen is a very experienced and knowledgeable aesthetician. She knows the equipment, the proper procedures, and has extra expertise to achieve the BEST results! After using Jen, I am finally seeing results, compared to any treatments at Roseville. I highly recommend Jen and Neveskin if you dont want to go under the knife. Neveskin is a MUCH safer and cheaper and less painful alternative to lipo. read more

This place is amazing!! Went in for the sauna and the vitamin shots. Honestly didn't think too much of it, let's try it out, no expectations. The staff were super warm, welcoming and knowledgable. The services were relaxing and i sweat so much out of my body, it felt really good to feel the fresh air after. I highly recommend wearing sandals and a bathing suit if going in for the sauna. I also recommend turning the lights off if meditation is your thing. No they didn't forget about you, they knock on the door when your time is up. I would also highly recommend the vitamin shots. I had one and felt energized for the next month, maybe closer to two. I am so happy I found this place. I have a chronic knee issue that causes intermittent inflamation and Kaiser has not done much. Restore helps so much with the local cryotherapy and then today the staff member let me try compression therapy at no charge because she truly cared about improving my knee. Although Restore as an idea is wonderful, their front staff can be dismissive. On 3 occasions now I have gotten the IV drip + compression and they've never come over to start the compression! The first time, sure... it's a mistake. Second time the front desk was socializing. Didn't even coke over despite a reminder. The last time was the last straw. I told the front desk I wanted compression, and also told them kindly that the last few times no one came over and she said "ok have a seat and we will get you started". The nurse came over, started my IV (I would prefer to get into the compression socks before IV but again front desk is slow) and I even reminded the nurse to tell the front desk about the compression. The nurse did, front desk was busy chatting with people. And never came over. 2 reminders and nothing. Why bother! Also, brought my friend maybe 3-4 months ago and noticed how dismissive they were to her (even more than myself) maybe because she's larger? She didn't enjoy the experience. Not coming back. Giving an additional star ONLY because the nurses are kind and attentive. It's just the front staff that is terrible. Unfortunately you rely on them from most of the features. read more

It's packed with anti-aging, energy, and rejuvenating properties that include glutathione, b12, l-carnitine, vitamin-c, glutamine, and b-complex! After this initial IV I was finding myself more energized and having more stamina in my workouts! This place is a hidden gem! Aside from the friendly and helpful staff, the facility is extremely clean and properly taken care of. You can tell from the moment you walk in you will be taken care of. My daughter 11 years old is a competitive gymnast working out 35 hours a week. Restore has been a vital part of her recovery and continued success. We have only participated in the cryo chamber and leg compression. But she has started to feel the benefits and value its adding to her training. We have gone individually and with her team. I used to love coming here and even started to build relationships with the staff. After realizing how expensive it is for very basic treatments, I decided to cancel. I was going to give them 5 stars on Yelp still, until they told me they will have to charge me the $200 JUST TO CANCEL the membership that I have been paying for!! I was never late on a payment and there should be no reason why they can't just remove my membership today. They also said they could freeze my account but id still be charged after that as well. This particular site has a level of incompetence that is staggering. It is ridiculous trying to make appointments on their appointment line. I finally went into the company and made an appointment that was verified by the nurse on duty. This is the second time in two years they called 15 minutes before my appointment, while I was on the road driving to them and had to cancel because a particular piece of information had to be updated and no one was available to do it. This type of flag should have come up when the paper expired or when I made the appointment not 3.5 hours later. If it wasn't the second time I would just call it a mistake and move forward, but I feel totally disregarded as to my present need for their services. Whomever is responsible for this critical error should be talked with and retrained. This should never happen to anyone else. read more
