I'm the paying customer who shelled out $200+ for this "heaven" experience, and you're acting like I'm inconveniencing YOU? She barely explained anything, jabbed the IV in roughly (hurt way more than it should), and spent the whole time on her phone texting or whatever while the drip was going. No small talk, no checking in, just pure "get this over with" energy. When I asked if the mix included anti-nausea meds like advertised, she rolled her eyes and said "Yeah, whatever's in there works." Super unprofessional Left feeling only slightly less terrible, but way more pissed off. The whole point of paying for concierge service is to feel taken care of, not lectured about how busy they are. If you're gonna charge luxury prices, act like it--or at least fake some basic customer service. Save your money and just drink Pedialyte.
