I happened to have recurring lower back pain and decided to do some research on "Chiro's" in the area and while other cane up with decent to par reviews, Dr. Driscoll had none on Yelp; and for good reason! While we all seem to peruse the best patient care possible based on referral and/or word of mouth (as I do) I decided to gamble and go with my gut based on simple observations of the website. Upon looking at the website I quickly came to the understanding that Dr. Driscoll is a refined, professional family man that clearly puts his patients above the bottom line that healthcare has become these days. Very personal, observant, and attentive to your direct issue without making you feel that he's selling you a service (as a lot of chiro's will do these days) Not to mention he's local and obviously decided to keep it local and share his craft to help those from the same area as he's from. Overall..... great experience from a well informed local, while offering a very personal & caring experience. You'll feel right at home with this guy! I literally limped into the exam room and walked out feeling 10x's better, well informed and excited to get to my next appointment after the education and rehab that was performed. Dr. Matt is an incredible clinician! I first saw him a couple of years ago to help with acute back pain. I had had issues with more chronic pain for years, and Dr. Matt was the first person who was able to identify the problem and understand how to resolve it. I've been pain free ever since. Well, except for my knee recently ... (more in a bit). What sets him apart is that he really cares about his patients and listens. My visits with him have always started with lengthy discussions of the immediate issue as well as any history of past injuries. He doesn't treat you until he really understands what's wrong. Then he focuses treatment on fixing your particular ailment. What was true of his treatment for my back a couple of years ago was also true of his recent treatment of my knee. Having gone in expecting there was nothing anyone can do and not expecting relief, Dr. Matt spent some time identifying the problem and then treating it with spectacular results. With significant improvement after the first visit, I feel I'm well on the way to recovery. I came to Dr. Driscoll about two months ago with an entrapped nerve. The nerve was shutting down my left tricep and left pectoral causing muscle atrophy. Me, at the age of 41, being no stranger to heavy lifting at the gym, the whole new concept of this kind of muscle loss was alarming. Dr. Driscoll had friendly and upfront way of confronting my injury and I am well into recovery. He gave me various stretches and exercises to do at home to combat this injury. He was very easy to reach... and he would text me videos of the stretches to master to ensure they were being done correctly. He also gave me insight into a few bad habits at the gym that were not favorable to my injury, he coached me on some better form which has helped. His primary goal was to make sure I was healing correctly. He was not interested in the "keeping me coming" routine.
