These people were outstanding and performed impeccably in an emergency situation. Their service technician was very prompt and professional and remained calm while performing her tasks. My mother had fallen inside of her apartment and there was no key for the top lock. The locksmith arrived within minutes of the initial call and went right to work trying to pick the lock before ultimately having to drill the lock out. She quite literally saved my mothers life , who had been on the floor for at least two days. I cant thank this place enough for helping us get to my mother and get her the medical help she needed. A couple of days ago I discovered, to my horror, that the front door to our 100+ year old house wouldn't open. The old lock was jammed. I tried to repair it myself, without success. In that state, it was a safety hazard because that would be the first means of egress, in the case of a fire. Went down to Driscoll's and asked for help. Within two hours, they arrived. An extremely knowledgeable, competent, friendly young woman and her assistant began to work on the lock. Did I tell you that they couldn't access the outside, since the storm door was locked? Fortunately, the young lady (I don't remember her name) was able to get the cross bolt to release, and pointed out how the old mechanism was compromised. We took her suggestion about replacing it. I have to say that the fix required a good bit of fitting. She and her assistant installed a high-quality replacement, and did so without it looking like who-did-it-and ran! It was truly a beautiful installation, and the price was more reasonable than I had anticipated. I hope that her boss takes pains to keep this young lady working there - and her assistant, too. If we have any locksmithing needs in the future, we will definitely go back. Highly recommended! read more
