Incredible work. I have had my car for about 10 years and have never had it detailed. I've always tried to keep my car clean but I could never really get it to look brand new like when I first bought it. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. I reached out in the beginning of December about getting my car detailed. We scheduled it for December 13 and I picked the package that I wanted. Then I never heard anything else so I reached back out the Monday before to see what time he was able to come and I never received a response. Joseph did a fantastic job on my Mazda 6. There was a sap spot that had been resistant to washing that he was able to buff right out, and the car came out looking better than it was when I bought it. He was on time to the minute for the appointment and more than accommodating to reschedule when the original time was rained out. Overall, I got the level 2 package, and the job took right at 3.5 hours. Our "Level 2" packages were incredibly excellent and well worth it. We do not generally go for "unnecessary" services, but felt like our cars deserved a deeper clean and work made taking two cars two separate times to be detailed daunting. From explanation of options (needed for us novices), scheduling, promptness to actual performance--absolutely stellar. Since we felt like this was an indulgence, expectations to feel like it was worth it were high. Both cars (including one that's 7 years old and only been detailed ONCE before) look literally brand new. Doing this at the convenience of our own home made it even better. Joseph came to my house to detail my 2016 Toyota Corolla on Saturday, April 27th. I purchased the enhancement detail package. I paid $189 for the enhancement package with additional engine bay cleaning and some spot carpet shampooing. I watched him work over the span of approximately 3 hours. Overall, an okay job. However, I did not get everything I paid for, and that is why I am writing a poor review. Although my car had been washed and tires shined two days prior and it was pretty clean on the inside (recently detailed in February when I purchased the car), Joseph did not wash my car. I expect to get the full treatment if that is what I pay for. He simply rinsed it and went over it with a towel. He used the same towel to quickly go over my tires and wheels and did not use a different product. I had hit a rabbit the previous week and my grill still had bunny fur and other bug debris in it after Joseph was finished. He did not clay bar my car, but instead used a liquid polish on spots of my car, not even all of it. He did not fully vacuum my car. He did not vacuum in between the seats, under the seats, or under the mats, and there was still dog hair visible on my back seat from the one time I transported my dog. He did not clean the inside of my back windshield and did not get get the tops of my side windows, so there was a streak across the top that was visible when the windows were rolled down. I do not recommend this business unless Joseph is willing to come back and fix what he missed, like he says he is willing to do as written on his website. I feel jipped for the high price that I paid. read more
