The teacher is very friendly. The in car lessons are very relaxed and fun to do. My specific instructor pays attention to the way you learn and will teach you the content to suit your needs. She makes sure to explain different maneuvers and ask me questions to make sure I know specifics for the road. She also made me feel comfortable enough to send her a text at any time if I have a question about driving. I have become a very confident driver and I can thank this amazing driving school and everyone working there.

I went to this location for my entire licence (G1 through to G) and never had an issue with anyone or any process (save for the fact that I never seem to have enough ID to prove who I actually am!). I also looked up the test routes online and practised them. I found this site to be helpful for maps: http://forums.redflagdeals.com/ontario-driving-test-routes-839761/ There was one route that I didn't like, the Hwy 2 route, which takes Hwy 2 to Lawson Road, down and around the streets and then back onto Hwy 2. I remember the first time I tried it; I was coming around the ramp to get back onto Hwy 2 and BAM there's stop sign right smack at the end of the ramp! I remember thinking, 'Who's bright idea was it to put a stop sign there??? How am I expected to merge at 80kms from a dead stop? @$#%!!!..' *sigh* Good thing I practised that route a lot because, yup, you guessed it, that's the route I was instructed to take for my G licence! I was tested on nearly everything. Parallel parking, emergency stop, 3-point turn, lane change lane change lane change, etc.. The only thing I didn't have to do was reverse park, but that might have been because I backed into my spot when I first got there. Overall, a good experience and I would highly recommend this location for testing. It's true the examiners are a serious bunch of folks... but so they should be!

I'm an 18 year old high-school student who has been ripped off and is now missing 400$. Syed owns and does all the teaching for In class and car lessons. Time is limited and Spaced out. He doesn't teach much in class because it's all a slideshow and he is always on his phone during in car lessons. He's very disrespectful and has a terrible temper! Syed is constantly making excuses to charge more money for things. He told me I could cancel when ever. I slept through a lesson and he's been ignoring me ever since! Once I got in contact with him after about a month. He was screaming at me saying there's something wrong with my brain & that I owe him money for missing my lesson and not cancelling even though he NEVER disclosed there would be a fee for canceling. Syed doesn't let you speak as a customer he's very aggressive and has told me he is not booking me another lession! I asked if he could speak to me in person at one of his two locations(oshawa or bowmanville) and he said he wouldn't! He said he would text an email for the better business bureau so I can place a complain but he never has! This is an incredibly unprofessional business and I would NOT recommend to anyone, Youth or Senior. Unless you want your money to be taken with no services completed or provided. He never explains things clearly especially his policy's. His tone of voice is sad and disrespectful. SAVE YOUR MONEY instead of giving it to this man. He does not feel bad taking children's money. He is very rude no matter how polite or kind you are resolving a problem.

Answering a question with a question is not appropriate when speaking to a parent. All he wants is more money out of you then you will get the respect you already deserve as a parent. Our son had been attending the TBBIC in late 2020 and in early 2021 Edward (Owner/Operator/Founder) had told us the teacher for young students had been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and sexual exploitation. Due to the pandemic the classes were virtual, eventually in person classes and events resumed and I began to get increasingly uncomfortable. My husband and I reached out to Edward to let him know our concern and he had requested that we have a conversation in person. This is where his true nature came to light; as I conveyed my discomfort I was made to feel that my feelings were invalid with responses of "I just don't understand why you feel this way", "maybe you had a past trauma, you should seek professional help to sort out your feelings", "you will feel stupid when you find out what actually happened for these charges to be made", "if you take him out of classes you are just punishing him" and we were also told that there would be no refund for the membership fees. The treatment that me and my husband received was very different; I was treated with absolutely no respect and told my feelings were wrong where as my husband was not criticized and received my more patience from the owner. I would not recommend this dojo to families as the experience was terrible.
