When I called to complain bc I have a severely immunocompromised family member, he grudgingly said he could wear one, but would not require others in the car to wear them. I told him we could not take that risk and asked for a refund for the remaining five lessons. He refused, saying that he wasn't refusing service. I called another school, and when they contacted him for the completion certificate of the online portion, he played games about releasing it. Complete lack of professionalism and ethics.

He gives great feedback for him on what he needs to work on for the next lesson. He made sure my son knew it was his responsibility to schedule his appointments and make sure he was on time for the lessons. He is the only driving instructor in the area that I know of, so he is quite busy. At times can be hard to get ahold of so just be persistent and keep calling and leaving messages.

You want to know what she did in those makeup classes? Watched videos and online work - something she could have easily done at home. To top it off, after the permit test, the students were not given their permit card. We had to wait until the parent meeting which was help in Onalaska. I'm sorry but why make us travel, on a Saturday, to Onalaska? Many of us work weekends. It's grad party season, wedding season. Why not have the parent meeting as part of the regular classes? It doesn't make any sense. And none of this was explained before signing up. I'm happy I am done with EDI but for those of you who are considering it - just don't. We chose the classroom plus behind the wheel package which is nearly $400. The classroom aspect went fine and smoothly. But scheduling the necessary 6 behind the wheel sessions with their instructors has been a nightmare. They have taken on so many students in the area, however they have only 1 local instructor. The concept of scheduling is simple - they want you to log in to the website and click on the dates and times you want. But this is all easier said than done. They almost never have any open times to even choose from. So while we started drivers ed 5 months ago with the intention of being done next month, we still have 4 of the 6 mandatory sessions left - with no end in sight! And the 2 behind the wheel lessons my child did take were essentially useless. No instruction, just continual quiz-like questions. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. If I would have known this would turn into a year long headache I would have made the choice to drive to an out-of-town establishment. It would have been much easier than dealing with this circus.

I do not recommend this school. The online forum is nice, but when it comes to taking the test to…read morepass the class you better be ready to google and guess. The majority of questions have nothing to do with driving. You are not told which questions you answered incorrectly. Personally I think a test at the end of a drivers ed class should deal with statements of fact and actual driving laws. Not how fuel moves through your engine or what one thinks an intersection looks like or what lever something might be in your car. The questions should come straight from the WI Motorists Handbook.
