If I could give zero stars, I would. I completely agree with the hidden review of this "business" from two years ago. My family had a nearly identical experience. Driver Training Services, based in North Wales, charges the customer, then has no instructors available to fulfill the agreed upon amount of hours. And you can forget about them being timely. Further, their personnel denies making an appointment when you call to ask why the instructor didn't show. Additionally, the representatives (Bob and Chris) react aggressively when you question why they are struggling to meet their obligation. You know how it is; the party on the other end of the phone talking over you, pouncing on one word that fits their argument, selective hearing--all very defensive and irate. If you make an appointment with me, I immediately add it to my iPhone. If you lie to me after I give you my Visa number, then I am going to recoup my money. Neither Chris who mans the phone, or boorish Bob, the owner, has one ounce of civility or professionalism. I was verbally bullied by this gruff brute after he stole hundreds from us. The lame and predictable, 'I have been doing this for so many years' explanation is simply not valid in ANY arena.This driver's education outlet is committing fraudulent practices..They are greedily selling non-existent driving lessons with absent instructors, then flipping it by denying even scheduling the lessons. I have already disputed the charge on my credit card. Two appointments were scheduled then ignored. Bob and Chris deny this. According to their policy, if I had canceled the appointments I would have been charged (again these two claim there were no appointments--note to self--I should have my short-term memory tested because apparently I am "delusional" --Bob's word--nice, huh?). Bob advertises on his website the following "5. Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling a lesson. Should the customer cancel a lesson within this 24 hour period, or in the event that the student is either unavailable, unfit or without proper permit, a charge for that training time will be applied to the account." Since this is the case, I can recoup an additional two lessons' worth of charges that were unfulfilled. read more

I got to say Sandy was an incredible trainer. My daughter was nervous the first time we went but Sandy let me go along for the ride. Within minutes Sandy made my daughter feel at eas. I went along for the ride and I can honestly say I learned a thing or two from Sandy. she taught my daughter how to parallel park in 10 minutes. I spent a lot of time trying to teach her this but the was Sandy explained it and taught her was perfect. if your looking for a driving school for your son or daughter I would HIGHLY recommend Sandy. A great experience for me and my son throughout the whole process! I purchased a package (with a discount for being a AAA member) and set up the times for his lessons. Sandy came to the house in a DTS car, went over where things were in the car, and off they went! After 6 hours with Sandy's instruction and additional driving time with us, my son gained confidence behind the wheel. Making the appointment for him to take the driver's test through DTS was also easy. Sandy went through the testing route with him before the test, and he passed. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend it to others. read more

I used Driver Training Services five years ago when my older daughter needed help learning to drive. I remembered we had been impressed with the instruction she received so I looked them up again when my youngest turned sixteen. Gary was fantastic to work with and fit my daughter's crazy schedule into his. I also had her take her driver's test at the school which was MUCH less stressful and was over in a matter of minutes. My daughter is a safe, confident driver - well worth every penny. read more

I have had 3 children do behind the wheel training here and it is wonderful. Bill was the instructor for all 3 and of course the examiner was someone different for each child. They assessed strengths and weaknesses and then tailored the lessons individually. Instead of just driving on the same neighborhood streets, they got to go on 202, 309 and 73. Great lessons! Highly recommend! It may be more expensive than going through a school, but worth it! You get what you pay for! read more

We came here for my eldest son's 6 hours behind the wheel and driving test. We were so impressed. Sandy was amazing and really cared about my son and ensuring he learned the proper way to drive. Her notes at the end of the lessons were helpful in allowing us to practice in areas he needed improvement. The test through them was well worth the money and so convenient. We will be back with my younger son when it is his time and will for sure be requesting Sandy again! read more

highly recommend Driver Training Services! my daughter had lessons with another local school and DTS was far superior in every way. Highly professional and efficient office staff, helpful and communicative instructors and tough but fair test examiners - which is what I wanted. If you're going to get lessons anyway, DTS offers a low cost add on to administer the test. Beats the hassles of signing up. Her instructor Gary was terrific! read more
