He is very calm instructing even though I was quite anxious behind the wheel. They are very popular, esp in the summer, so I suggest booking as early as possible. I had to cancel one lesson and I would not be able to book another one til the next month! However, Cheri, who handles all the scheduling, was able to switch my lesson last minute with another student, so I was able to keep the lesson for the same day, just at a different time.
