Thank you for the reply.
I'll keep this brief, because I…read moredon't think we're going to agree and I'd rather not go back and forth.
Mr Grote was a good teacher, and I've said so consistently. But a good teacher isn't the same as a school. A school sets homework, collects it, and grades it, so a student can see their mistakes and improve. That didn't happen, even in the classes I rated highly. For a language as demanding as German and for people who need it to build a life here the format simply wasn't enough.
You've explained why you're not required to publish your pass rates. I understand that you're not required to. I'm noting that you choose not to, while confirming yourselves that you track those results internally. People deciding whether to spend significant money, often at a difficult moment in their lives, deserve to see them. That choice is yours to make, and mine to weigh.
I'd prefer to leave my feedback where it is, publicly, rather than move it to a private conversation. It was a public review for the same reason your reply was public: so others can read it and decide for themselves.
I wish your teachers well. My rating stands.
