Their office is always busy and they don't move quickly so make sure you have time. Like everyone else, there are drop off points all over the city but only one location in the south to pick up and it is in the middle of nowhere. Now for what makes them better than the rest. They will actually look for your name on your apartment buzzer, (others will not) and will send emails/phonecalls if your info is filled out and they can't reach you. The pickup location has tons of convenient parking, and they are open 6 days a week with normal hours.

I came to send a package overnight courier, and they patiently weighed every combination so I could send the package with maximum value. They even wrapped a garage opener remote with bubble wrap so it wouldn't be damaged in shipping. I didn't ask, they didn't charge, the gentleman just went ahead and did it for me while I filled out the waybill. Sign on the register says they prefer cash and debit - pretty much every small business does, and it doesn't hurt me to support a local business by not using a high fee credit card that they pay 2-5% in transaction fees for. Shipping charges were as expected and as quoted by the shippers website, no add-ons, nothing shady, which is always a concern when I go to an independent shipping outlet. Monthly specials - yes there are! There's even a shop pup Leo! Leo checked me out very thoroughly, I'd been to the dog park just the day before. Rated me as a pass, didn't really care to interact. The employee attempted to help me (sort of), but kept giving me attitude that caused me to mirror it back to him. He doesn't like that and decides to kick me out. I ask for his name so that I can make a complaint, and he says that's a threat and I'm now trespassing. It was unreal. I get that some people are more sensitive to conflict than others, but that was someone who needs some serious training in dealing with unhappy customers... and also learn to tone down the condescending attitude. I will not order from any company that uses UPS so that I don't have to face him again. He actually scares me.
