Instead of just taking the order, Chase took the time to ask the right questions and quickly realized I was about to purchase the wrong part for my setup. He guided me to the correct option which I ended up buying. A week later I called him again for another part and we got into a conversation about scopes. He recommended an outstanding scope and when I took it to the range, several people commented on how well the setup was put together. I reached out to him again today for advice on a suppressor, and once again he walked me through exactly what I needed and stopped me from buying the wrong thing. I tried to find someone to check me out separately and asked why masks were not enforced, only to be told there was nothing they could do, regardless of the state mandate of wearing a mask. I even asked if I could go to my car and give them my credit card, in order to stay away from possible carriers, and I was told no...I am disgusted by this establishment for their lack of making customers feel safe.
