Since I got my new mask via call centre I have not been able to get help with the wrong parts they sent out is not the proper piece and do not ever expect call back as it is like hot air to them. The RMT was great, and did the job of relieving my pain points…read more But the service at the reception was poor and downright rude- there were multiple cancellations prior to my session and the receptionist did not once apologize for the inconveniences caused. She didn't smile back or welcome me (That's ok, I figured I was there to relax and she probably had a stressful day). I waited for 15 mins past my scheduled appointment time but the RMT did a great job and made it worth the wait. Afterwards, I asked the receptionist to schedule my next session and she just didn't. I didn't get a booking confirmation or anything, she just seemed unfriendly and unhelpful and I found it very odd this person chose to work in the customer service industry.

She is the best -- pinpointing areas that I have neglected or in the course of life have been strained. My partner was added to my plan and he's a regular too! I had an appointment to fix my denture(fabricated by Greg) so I dropped it off first thing in the morning as requested. He came out from the back room shouting at me in front of other customers saying that he wasn't going to fix it. It left me speechless and couldn't ask why. He left and went back in his workshop. Needless to say I was in shock and in tears. To this day, I still don't know why he was so rude to me as I was very respectful and kind to him and his staff. I must have caught him on a bad day but it's still no reason to mistreat customers. Thankfully I was able to find another place to get it fixed. I'm writing this with tears rolling down my face...

Kindness I what I see there at all times It is Kind ,warm , special place where everyone is accepted and treated with respect.
