He did a horrible job defending him, putting his client down to the judge and never brought up any of the classes my husband took before sentencing. Didnt do anything for my husband when he was held for 30 + days in nye county detention center without seeing the judge. He was rude when he spoke, he cursed when speaking like it was a casual relationship. My chat bot told me to immediately file a formal grievance with the Nevada bar ass. And not to let this shiester go. Its unethical to ghost your clients and I want my money back. He wouldn't even answer the phone so I could fire him when I realized what a poser I hired! This man better not become a judge here because he does not work for anyone , even those that paid him. He also lied right before court and said the judge could only sentence him to 12 months max....he was sentenced to 18 to 46 months! This lawyer is a farce! Dont waste your money on a con like Earnest.
