I was very pleased at how pleasant and smooth it was to have Hunter Sidell work on my case. I had just gone through some significantly traumatic events back to back and I was kind of depressed. I just going through the steps of what I thought I should do. I started looking for attorneys since it appeared to me that I potentially had a case. Sidell was the first place I called since the reviews were good and the reviews seemed unique and genuine with pictures included. I was able to provide some brief information about what happened and I had an appointment the same day. I was very pleased with the result of my case and I did not have to suffer more through the legal process to get to that point. I had told Hunter Sidell that I wanted to resolve the case quickly but that I also wanted a reasonable amount of compensation which was more that the average that is generally compensated for my type of case. He did just that. At times I had questions and I would call the office. I would always be greeted by the cheerful staff who knew who I was without me having to explain or without making me feel like I was calling too many times. All my interactions with Hunter Sidell and the office staff were very polite, even pleasant, and I was never rushed or pushed into anything. I was always able to ask as many questions as I wanted and I received thoughtful answers to my questions. One day when I had to go into the office, my pet was being especially needy and I asked if I could bring her with me and they were able accomodate. I called a bunch of offices after my car accident. I called Sidell Injury Law on a Saturday. I was able to speak directly with an attorney, Hunter Sidell. He actually sounded like he cared about me. He answered my questions and even gave me advice even if I was not going to choose his office. None of the other law firms were like that. I was in an accident 15 months ago and the first thing I did was start to look for a lawyer to take my case. Robert Sidell and his team came highly recommended so I decided to contact him. This wasn't my first time going through an injury case but this was the first time that I felt that the team I had hired was actually working with me. Whenever I would ask for updates they were quick to reply and let me know where things stood with my case. If they couldn't get a hold of me by phone (since I'm terrible about answering my phone) they would email me as well to make sure I got the information I was seeking as quickly as possible. Whenever I would stop by the office to drop off paperwork, the staff was always kind and greeted me with a smile. I also never had any problems with bill collectors. Usually in injury cases bill collectors come calling as you wait for your settlement and they wont stop calling. Whenever a bill collector would try to get a hold of me I would immediately refer them to Robert and then the collector would never bother me again. When it came to the settlement, Robert did everything he could to make sure that I got the best possible settlement, working with the hospitals, doctors, and other medical providers to get my costs reduced. Me and my husband got in a car accident in June 2016, the other driver hit our truck and totaled it. As a result, my husband now has crushed/leaky discs in his lower back (extremely painful), and I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain. Shortly after our accident, we came to see Robert Sidell, based off of our friends referral. We are glad that we did, as Robert has done everything possible to get us both the necessary medical treatments, as well as financial compensation for our accident. I am very pleased with the medical treatments we have received, as well as the swift responses Robert and Hunter supplied whenever we had any questions regarding our case. As of yesterday my case has been closed out. My husbands case will soon be coming to a close as well, and we are looking forward to the future. I am happy to provide a recommendation for this firm. I was involved in a vehicle accident earlier in the year, and was referred to the Sidell family to represent my interests. Hunter and Robert Sidell handled our case in an expedient and courteous manner. They treat you like an extended family in fact. The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring your comfort, down to offering refreshments while you wait, which incidentally isn't very long. Unlike any law firm I have visited in the past, the offices are tailored to a zen like relaxing atmosphere with beautiful plants and a player piano. On the legal side, I was left with a catastrophic amount of hospital bills, and a minimum amount of insurance from the other party. Hunter stayed in contact throughout the settlement process. I have known Robert for over 20 years and he has represented me several times. My accident cases were all handled in a timely professional manner. I highly recommend Robert for a number of reasons. Thank you to Robert Sidell and his team for their excellent service! Our crash involving our motorcycle while riding in Ohio caused the bike to be totaled with both myself and my wife injured. Although because of us wearing proper riding gear; helmets, boots, armored jackets, gloves and jeans in the heat of summer, we were spared major injuries. I called Robert's office to get a consultation about a medical issue that I have concerns about. I spoke right with him after a quick intake with his front office. He and he was so extremely generous with his time and his energy. He spent about an hour on the phone with me and helped me clarify what my main goals were. Hey yall!! Waste of…read moremy time calling in. I've gone to Larry H Parker before, they took my case. I've never been turned down for a car accident case. They claimed since I didn't have camera footage (in which, I told the case manager, we have to get the camera footage from the grocery store, he even agreed) but after, I guess, he didn't consider that, and because they think I'd possibly be at fault or have some liability at fault.... Never have I heard a case manager or law firm say this, esp knowing I'm not at fault. They make it seem like things will go in ur favor but turn around and deny you. They said they'd refer me to the next law firm. I have so much evidence to support my claim. I called Morris law group next! I won't stop till my case is taken seriously.
