As I wake up while my teeth are being scraped and I'm feeling pain, I said "I am supposed to be asleep for this" and was told "yeah, but you were snoring". After repeating that, and being told again that I was snoring, they stopped cleaning and wheeled me out to my truck for my husband to drive me home. I paid an extra $141.00 for extra sleep time so my teeth would be totally cleaned. I did not get what I paid for! The total amount was over $1,100.00 and my teeth are not completely clean and I'm very upset over it and want to warn others.

I moved my parents closer to me so I can take care of them. We sought Primary Physicians. You refused to see them when they wanted to schedule their first appointment. When the "Doctor" returned my mother's call, no one had yet met my parents. Still, the "Doctor" herself told my 80-year-old mother that she was not ACCEPTABLE & then hung up on her! HOW DARE YOU. My mother had a missed call from the doctor's office and, not knowing who it was, returned the call. A Male on the end of the phone told my mother that she was not ACCEPTABLE, laughing at her. First impressions are unforgiving and you were unfair to deny someone's request without reason. Based on your actions and the behavior of your personnel, I cannot see how you can be highly recommended. In my opinion, you are heartless and lack empathy. Thank you for showing your true colors before you had the PLEASURE of meeting my parents.
