Any respectable hair stylist would have just said no, and I realize that now. But not Mirage. The photos speak for themselves. The first several are the way she initially sent me home, which is just laughable lol. The next ones are after she "fixed" it i.e. just took the super visible bonds out, but there's still absolutely no blend and it looks atrocious. I went somewhere else to have them taken out and this stylist was utterly appalled not only that they did this service at all with my hair in its current condition, but the technique was extremely sloppy and so tight I was getting sores on my scalp. I asked for a partial refund for the extensions and they refused, so I disputed it with my bank. Also, they lifted my roots to straight up YELLOW and told me to just "use purple shampoo" as if it works that way. You didn't lift it enough... at least they refunded me for that part. ALSO, they charged me $1300 for hair that I later found out costs like $700, they just pocketed the extra. Like ok... Unless you are getting something extremely simple done, AVOID.

I called them desperately to help me and they were nothing but helpful and hopeful. They told me to come in and they would do what they could. They worked at it for over two hours including the shampoo and blow dry at the end. They were positive the entire time and kept my spirits up while I anxiously waited in the chair. I can't thank them enough for saving the hair they were able to save. This salon is also extremely adorable. Orlando 1 and 2 are friendly, talented, and artistic (and good looking) and I can't imagine getting my hair done somewhere else if i lived in the area. 6/5 stars if that were an option.

Mom got full highlights and they toned the brassy color she previously had down to perfection. I am BEYOND impressed with their highlighting technique! I had a root touch up and trim. They were able to shape my blunt bangs perfectly and all over great shape to my haircut. Plus, they're so kind, personable, and accommodating. Mom will definitely be a regular! EDIT: brought my younger sister in for cut and style. PERFECT!
