They ruined my sister's wedding dress, the day before the wedding. She took it there to get it pressed, and they returned it more wrinkly than it was before. They initially denied the mistake, eventually admitted it and still refused to refund us for the ludicrous $120 that they charged us to begin with. Dishonest, sloppy, rude and aggressive. Take your business elsewhere, if you care about your items and if you want honest service. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK! The elderly lady that runs the business has NO Customer Service report! NONE! I'm absolutely shocked! This is NOT my first rodeo. I've had other dry cleaners hose up my clothes & they have ALWAYS repaired or replaced them w/o exception! & ive dry cleaned $1000's worth of clothing in the past 23 years!! (when I first began needing clothing dry cleaned. I'm 42yrs) Story: Dry cleaned a white long sleeve $100+ ROAR shirt in April. Hung in closet with another ROAR shirt for the hot summer months (it's long sleeve!) NEVER touched it. Kept tags on & in the plastic wrapper. NEVER touched it!!! Opened the plastic to find it is either burned or discolored. The elderly lady told me dry cleaning would fix it. $3.50 dry cleaning will fix it! I said "ok". She wanted to charge me for it! For HER MISTAKE! She said: it is my responsibility to check the clothing before I leave the building. My responsibility to PHYSICALLY UNWRAP EVERY ARTICLE OF CLOTHING B4 I LEAVE THE BUILDING! She also stated that had it been 1 wk, she would have fixed it but it's been 6 months. I tried to explain the tags were still on the clothing & it was VERY evident it had not been worn & time should have NOTHING to do with her correcting her mistake! She refused! I asked her if losing a customer was worth $3.50 dry cleaning & she said she DID NOT CARE! In other words, her customers (YOU) are technically worth less than $3.50 to her! I let her know that other customers would read my reviews & I would spread the word over $3.50!!! She said she did not care! Judging by the poor building & lack of business, other people must have had similar experiences! I chose it because the location is very convenient. NEVER AGAIN! & if my other dry cleaners in Rockwall can not correct my shirt, I'm very tempted to file against her! I'm simply livid over this nonsense! GARLAND POLICE DEPT does a lot of business with her (I see them there frequently) but I presume they have had little problems because the shirts are blue & frankly they're work shirts! I've been going here for last 9 months and they've always done a great job on my clothes. The prices have recently gone down but after reviewing the local competition they were always the most reasonable. I always ask for a receipt and confirm prices with ANY dry cleaner I go to and feel that 99% of the poor reviews here for this place could have been easily avoided by just asking for a receipt or from asking for pricing upfront (honesty who drops off a bag of clothes at a dry cleaners with written instructions and without getting a receipt??). Anyway, I've been satisfied with almost all of my shirts and when a stain didn't come out or a wrinkle was still evident they've always offered to correct it without hesitation and without charging me again. read more

I have never been so upset over a service that I paid for that I felt was just HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I have been a loyal customer of Dry Cleaning Super Center in Rowlett for over 15 years. I recently noticed that my dry cleaning bill was getting more and more expensive, but I chalked it up to just higher costs. Little did I know, but they are NOW charging $7.99 per blouse/shirt, $ 6.99 per Polo shirt, and $7.99 per "Dockers" type pants. I received my bill of 16 items and it was $150.10. HOW OUTRAGEOUS!!! I asked for an itemized bill, which included 8 blouses/shirts ($63.82), 6 pants ($47.94), 1 Polo shirt ($6.99) and 1 jacket ($9.99). I was charged $10.86 for sales tax (8.25%) and some other fee of ($10.63), which I never got an explanation for. I spoke with the Owner and she explained that chemical costs have gone up, Electricity costs have gone up, etc., etc., but I also explained to her that at these prices I could not afford to use her services any longer. She quickly gave me a $40.00 credit. Although I appreciate the gesture, how can any business RIP PEOPLE OFF this way? I will NEVER set foot in this place ever again and I will make sure EVERYONE I KNOW doesn't either! After such loyalty, I CAN NOT understand why a business would treat a faithful customer this way. My advice is stay clear of this Dry Cleaning service and if you do decide to use them, CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! read more

I went to the Dry Clean Super Center in Rowlett on Saturday morning, November 21, 2015 because the cleaners I have been using for years were machine washing and pressing my suits! When I walked in, a weird looking little guy hit the counter and started telling me that they just moved there and were happy to have my business! I was taken aback at his appearance but, he seemed nice enough so I dropped off three suits and he said they would be ready after 3 PM. When I went to pick them up, I checked each suit and they looked great! Then I got the bill. $59.86 for three suits! I have never paid more than $25.00 for three suits in my entire 52 years of life. When I complained that he was charging 3 x what every other cleaner's charges, he said, "Look at quality. Only one crease in leg. No crease in sleeve." I told him that was a stupid thing to say because I EXPECT only one crease in the legs and no creases in the jacket sleeves. He then said, "But we do same day service." I said that most cleaners do same day service if you have them in by 9 AM. He also stated that he even gave me a discount. I nearly lost my mind! I paid the bill because legally I had no choice but, I will NEVER be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. He won't last long there if they continue to do business this way.
