They did a great job on my shirts and suit and even cleaned the inside of the neck extremely well without me having to bring it to their attention. Overall I will definitely be using this cleaners again next time I am in town.

Finally a business that was great. I want to spell her name right-Sonme (I hope), is great. She is always friendly plus she has made alternations to some of my clothes. She is an excellent seamstress. I can honestly say, I have not had any complaints with their work, only praise. In this time we live in, that doesn't happen very often, if ever.

Took my brand new wedding ceremony dress here before we departed for our elopement. Used the…read moredrive-through for pick up and it was placed in my vehicle. When we arrived at our ceremony location, I put the dress on only to find a hole was ripped in the skirt. I had to turn the skirt sideways in the ceremony so the hole wouldn't face the crowd. Reported it to the owner(?) when I returned and he acknowledged he had seen the hole after dry cleaning (would have been nice to mention this upon pick up), of course did the same deflection reported in other posts saying "it looks like there was an issue with the fabric" (*see photo where it very clearly was snagged on something DURING cleaning: you can clearly see the creases in the fabric so this was not an issue before and was done during cleaning). He did offer to send it to a tailor, but also said, "if it is over $40, I'm not playing that of course." I was reluctant to leave any items with him but he assured me they wouldn't be damaged and he would "figure out the bill." I just picked up the items (yet to be inspected for damage) and paid full price for everything. I was really just looking for ownership of the mistake (it happens), an apology and maybe a refund of the dry cleaning fee of the damaged dress. Thankfully the dress wasn't very expensive. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Filed a complaint with the BBB (Case # 91283549) against this location and they didn't even have the enough pride to respond. What a group of dead beat owners. Guess I will just have to take my complaint through the legal system. Dry Clean Super Center will damage your clothes and they don't even care. I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. When I showed up, Ms. Thui wasn't there, but when her employee presented me with the new item, it was clear that it was exactly the same color as the original one-- there had been no discoloration or fading whatsoever and she had still bought me a new one to make me a happy customer. I wouldn't take the new one because I was totally wrong but they still treated me with kindness and respect. I want everyone to know that not only do they do a great job at these two cleaners, they have top notch customer service and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend both of Ms. Thui's locations for your dry cleaning and laundry needs.

Case in point: I had some troubled dress shirts I took them about a month ago as I have a tendency of ripping the elbow so Karen took what appeared to be a lost cause on some of my favorite and most expensive garments and turned them into short sleeve shirts for only $12.00 each. They also just installed a new high tech system that will track every garment you give them so as to know how many times it's been cleaned given they have a limited life expectancy of so many launderings.
