I truly appreciated Damien. He made me feel secure about my decisions and he saw things that I did too that others did not. Ive had mixed feelings about the work that was done. I had a previous review that was quite negative but I was frustrated about something. So I am editing my review. Even with the issues I have continued to tell people about them. My apologies to any employee who may have read my previous review. Yes, I would use them again. Ill be calling you Damien. :) read more

Dryco is an awful company. They came into my house after a flood. Someone from their crew actually stole a construction light from me. From there they removed some radiators (a completely unnecessary step and one made to create more work so they can charge more money). They did not completely drain my boiler system and it resulted in my boiler being damaged costing me over $14,000. There whole deal is to try to squeeze as much out of your catastrophe as possible at your expense. I would avoid this company as much as possible. read more

Dryco was recommended to us by Hetlund adjusters after our Christmas Day electrical smoke damage. Dryco cleaned and restored everything in our home in a very timely manner with excellent workmanship. Pleasant, helpful team to have in our home. They were very detailed in dealing with our insurance company as well, not settling until every item was agreeable. read more

During the 2009 market crash, Josh moved away from the slowing construction industry where he had spent most of his career up to that point. He joined forces with his uncle, Steve, who owned a cleaning service and started Dryco Restoration Services. At Dryco, we provide premium Restoration Services to Residential, Commercial, and Industrial clients. We hired Steve to initially inspect and test for mold in an old, but newly purchased home. He…read moreanswered his phone and took our information on the first call. He provided us with basic information and offered to come out to the property within a couple of days of the initial call. On inspection day, a Friday, he promptly arrived with his gear to complete a thorough inspection and test samples of the mold and air. He communicated by phone and text before, during, and after. Once he left, he sent the samples off to the lab. We received detailed reports from him and the lab via email on the following Tuesday. He followed up with a phone call to discuss what it all meant, and the severity of the mold in the home. Week or so later, he went back to the property with a contractor. They inspected the property together and followed up with an hour long conference call with me within a few days. We discussed action plans, and what exactly the property needed. We decided to take the first step of just demolition (removing the affected walls, subfloor, and ceiling), so that the contractor could give us a more exact estimate of what we were looking at, in terms of joist replacement and such. Steve called and was able to start the project about a week earlier than expected. He kept me updated by text. Due to winter storms, there were some delays, but the job was finished and really allowed us to see the full scope of things. His quotes for demo, removing the mold, sanitizing, dehumidifiers, vapor barriers, etc were very reasonable. Steve was very transparent and available through thr full process. I would recommend him and his team, as his communication skills are fantastic, and that is something very hard to come by in the service industries like this.

We had servicemaster of Grand Rapids Mn Gene Pehrson refurbish our cabin up near Effie after a…read moreflood 2 years ago and the work they did was subpar, plus very hard to get a call back about finishing work, new countertops had chips, over cuts and end caps not installed, sheet flooring has ripples, doors don't not close well, nail and staples heads not countersunk or puttied plus many other minor issues very sad work and they have come back twice to fix issues still not good. The work was paid by insurance original quote was $26k after all the shabby work was completed they sent an additional invoice for $20k on a 300 sq foot cabin, it's two rooms and a bathroom very disappointed. After posting my review, Stone's insurance company immediately tripled their offer to settle in exchange for removing my negative review. I refused, because it still does not cover the cost of fixing the problems with Stone's plumbing installation. However, I wanted to share my experience so everyone knows they pay to have negative reviews removed. Take that into consideration when choosing a plumber. And if you decide to go with Stone and have problems, leaving a negative review may lead help. Unfortunately companies like Stone have figured out how to game the review system.

Very pleased with Dryco. We had a small basement fire, luckily extinguished early but the mess afterwards was a disaster. Fire extinguisher dust had covered the entire area from floor to ceiling and there were areas of charring & soot in the rafters. The team at Dryco was professional, courteous, and thorough. From their first visit they walked us through each recommended service to get the space back in order, ensuring our understanding and agreement. In only 3 work days they had the room almost better than it was before. Each step of the way, they solicited feedback on how the job was going and actively engaged us to help target any areas we felt might need extra attention. They took great care to ensure we were satisfied with the work before signing off. It is true they are expensive, but between the peace of mind and the ability to immediately limit any collateral damage from the disaster itself, we feel their serves were invaluable. read more
