I prefer a written format for better clarity, which I shared with Elliot - staff wore uniform, and looked sharp Just like with anything in life, there are improvement areas. In this case, it was around task scheduling, employee work-life balance, and project progress clarity. I shared this feedback privately with the owner, and he assured me that he will consider this and take the required actions.
