A "Friend" from Triangle installed both units, NEVER Even finished the work (no line hindes or after spending over 2500 IN JUST LABOR for the mini split, I happened across these GREAT Folks through the help of a friend. Even thought the "parts" were covered on both units it still cost 2500.00 in the LABOR. They went and FOUGHT for my issue with the local supplier and not everything works PERFECTLY. Professional, Knowledgeable, friendly, cleanup after the work is done. THIS is what you call SERVICE. I wish I had found them a year before I we did. If everyone did their Profession the way they should do their job, this would be the RULE not the Exception to the rule. Can't thank you enough for the EXCELLENT WORK. Although he offered to wait until I returned to town, I authorized him to proceed in my absence. I regret it. October 12: The contractor installed my gate and sent photographs of the completed work. In these images, the right gate corner appeared to rest on the driveway. I specifically asked whether the gate was scraping; he responded that it was not. A few hours later, the contractor acknowledged the issue, stating that he saw what I was referring to after reviewing the photo. He attributed the problem to the helper he brought to the job, explaining that the helper was new and had likely leaned on the post, causing it to drop. I was still out of town, so my neighbor inspected the gate, and she confirmed that it was in fact scraping. The contractor stated he would correct the issue. October 13: The contractor "fixed" the gate. He messaged me that either I or my neighbor needed to inspect the repair before he leaves; he offered FaceTime but I was working. I informed him that my neighbor would be arriving shortly and that she lived approximately one mile away. He stated he would wait. Five minutes later, he sent a video of the fence and left the property without notifying me. My neighbor arrived shortly after to find that he was no longer present. Despite his claim that the repair was complete, the corner of the gate still appeared significantly low in the photo he provided. Upon my return home a few days later, I confirmed that while the gate technically cleared the driveway, the clearance was minimal. Subsequent Failure: Within less than two weeks of installation, and following one normal rainfall, the gate settled again and resumed scraping on the driveway. The contractor's response was that he could "come fix it and charge [me] for it," and he suggested that someone must have tampered with the gate. No one had interacted with or altered the fence at any time. The issue originated at installation and was never fully resolved. I informed him that the defect was part of the original workmanship and that the "repair" did not last even 30 days, and therefore I did not agree that an additional charge was appropriate. I truly feel like he was just trying to milk more money out of me and thank God I have a good partner who drove up from Tennessee and fixed it for me. His response included the statement, "I'm sorry that Sundays are the only day I have off to spend with my family," despite the fact that I had not requested service on a Sunday. This appeared to be an attempt to deflect responsibility rather than address the workmanship concern. Conclusion: Based on the initial installation failure, the unsuccessful and short-lived repair, the contractor's inconsistent statements, and the unprofessional communication, I cannot recommend DeBoe's Contracting. I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution before hiring this contractor.

The contractor that installed it was professional and did quality work. Now for PCHI, I had an appointment set for Oct 9th and Freddie showed up 30 mins late without a phone call. On Oct 25th we dropped off a check for the deposit with them saying everything should be in stock in about 3-4 weeks. Nov 25th I called them being told that the last couple pieces should be in that week. I then called back on Dec 9th being told that they just got word that the pieces will be in that week and we should be schedule the next week but couldn't give me a date. I told them that I didn't want someone showing up without a phone call before hand. Dec 17th the contractor was knocking on my door without a phone call. When I called them I was told that they called and talked to me on the Friday before. I told them to check their phone history because it wasn't me that they talked to. Contractor finished in two days and left final bill at the door. I sent the remaining balance in the next day. The most disappointing parts are no phone call when running late to appointment, never getting a phone call with updates on order, and finally one asking how the install went. Joe Temple
