Delivery & installation was to be the week before Thanksgiving so I payed balance in full at their request. They never showed up. The new date was 1 week before Christmas. They never showed up. January 20th they delivered but could not install because of mistakes is measuring, wrong colors and many missing elements. Over the next 4 months they came 3 times and still most things were wrong. Edward Scirghi the designer should be terminated. Marrad Sherr the CEO living in LA is worthless. They lie & delay. July 2021 was as good as as it was going to be. I hired a local carpenter to fine tune everything. I should have gone to IKEA. I requested a refund but never heard back from them. It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! The crew took their time and took great pride in their work, making sure everything was just right. I actually enjoyed having them around. They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.

Once we described what we thought we wanted the designer helped us make a cohesive design and then they did the same with the closet. We agreed with the price which was more reasonable than some of the others we received. And then the work began. Lots of people in and out all but everyone polite and conscientious. When the work was complete we were very pleased and extremely happy. The closet can now hold my husband's and mine clothes without need a set of drawers. The bathroom is now a modern double sink instead of a 1970 single sink and dated room. We definitely we use them again because we trust them and they listen and perform wonderfully!!!!!

We used Ross Brothers for a major renovation of our home. Flooring, kitchen, moving walls,…read moreplumbing, electrical, popcorn ceiling removal etc. They were responsive and professional throughout the entire construction process. Everything they did was as if we were their top customer. This was over 2 years ago - but I'd recommend them even more now. Recently we had to replace a ceiling light and realized the paint they used on the ceiling had unexpectedly caused the light trim to stick. In order to replace the light, we had to damage the ceiling. Over 2 years after they completed their work, we called to tell them what was going on and they sent someone over right away to fix the ceiling! Just wow! This is the type of service that makes me a lifetime customer and I'd recommend them to anyone doing a small or large renovation.
