In conjunction with a larger refreshing/remodeling project, we initially contracted with Ross Brothers to have a popcorn ceiling removed, smoothed and repainted. We figured we would find individual contractors to do the other work - new tile flooring, interior painting, kitchen cabinets and countertop, appliances, new toilets, replace light fixtures, etc. But the prompt, efficient work on the ceiling and conversations with Bill Rodman, Regional Manager, led us to realize that we should engage them to do the rest of the work that hadn't already been contracted for. So, outside of the interior painting and tile floor, we contracted Ross Brothers to complete the project. It was a very wise move on our part. Not only was a complicated job done competently, it was done neatly and in a timely manner. And if there were any snags, changes, corrections to be made, they were handled well. At no time did we ever feel hung out to dry. The company had our back throughout. From the cabinet guys, Dale and Jimmy, to the countertop crew, to the ceiling guys, to Guillermo, the jack-of-all trades, all were conscientious and went an extra step. Bill Rodman tied it all together and was much more than knowledgeable and helpful. He was there. It was vitally important to us that he be there when we needed him to be, and he was. He fielded all of our calls with patience and good humor and seemed to understand what we were going through. Seriously, if you need to have remodeling work done and you were thinking about maybe acting as your own contractor, even though you've never done that sort of thing, we recommend that you just dispel that notion completely and call Ross Brothers. Thanks to Ross Brothers and the professional paint crew they sent to my home my interior paint job was completed in a single day with fantastic results. I Called Ross Brothers when I had an issue with my air conditioner. They seemed like a very customer service orientated organization. Jeremy came out to look at the A/C within 2 hours of my initial call. He was awesome. He had my unit running within 5 minutes of him walking through the door, thankfully my repair was minimal. I had Ross Brothers do my Ceiling with taking down the popcorn texture and replacing it with the Knock Down texture. The ceiling came out great. After, I decided to have then upgrade my kitchen and Bathroom with new granite counters and maple wood cabinets, along with painting and repairing the walls in my Condo. The granite and cabinets came out fantastic and most of the painting was done to my liking.
