So knowledgeable of the different shoe fits and styles, and very accommodating of my tons of questions. He answered all my questions, helped me pick out and try several different shoes, and we ended up finding a shoe that was incredibly comfortable and a great fit for my feet. He went above and beyond in bringing me a huge selection from inventory - even though the original shoes were purchased downtown, and I was just going to be exchanging them in his store. With people like Nick to help me, I'll definitely be back to check out the selection of shoes they have this Spring!

Many shops with names you are familiar with, including Victoria's and Borders, plus plenty of unique one of a kind shops line the streets and make it a breeze to browse or run in and out. It's almost a one stop shopping center with a Wegman's Grocery and shops galore that have almost anything you may be looking for. Plenty of restaurants and eateries inside this center make it hard to choose, from pizza to ice cream, Ted Montana's Grill, P.F. Chang's, Chipolte Mexican Grill, The Melting Pot, Panera Bread are all ready to feed you. I took my wedding shoes here after getting a recommendation from my dry cleaners. My shoes had gotten a little muddy on my wedding day. I brought them to Mr. Ercolini, told him they were my wedding shoes and asked if he thought he'd be able to clean them. He said he would try. I said that's fine and paid the $45 and left my shoes with him. When they were ready I picked them up, he handed them to me in box and I went to my car and looked at them and he had painted them. I called my husband in shock and reevaluated them at home to see how bad they were. They were terrible. They were patchy and chalky and discolored. I called him immediately the same day and asked him what he did, what products he used and that he painted my shoes which we had not talked about. He called me back claiming the humidity might have done something and that that was all he would say over phone and asked that I come back so I could show him in person which my husband and I did. We showed him the shoes and explained why we were dissatisfied. He offered to try and remove the paint. We agreed to allow him to try and rectify it. When we went to pick them up again there was still paint splotches on the shoes. They still looked terrible. When we pointed this out and voiced that it seemed he'd done irreparable damage he got very nasty and tried to gaslight us and push us off on another shoe professional. He said we were overreacting about a simple pair of shoes that don't matter. My wedding shoes. He denied there was still paint, he denied that he ruined the shoes. I told him I never consented to him painting my shoes and that he should have called me to confirm before doing a process we had not agreed upon. He did not stand by his work and he did not even offer the refund of the $45 service let alone the damage to the product. The entire experience was appalling.

Today, I was let down. I had scheduled a girls day with my mom which included shopping here. My mom had a few returns. Apparently it had been ~35 days since her purchase and the policy is ~21 days. I appreciate policy; however, I'm in the customer service business and fully recognize some instances require an exception. A few things to note: 1. It was very recent since the original purchase. 2. My mom alone spends a TON of money in this store - as do I, and her girlfriends, all of whom she has personally introduced the store to (in other words, she's always sending business to this company). 3. Upon pushback from the associates, we asked the girl to call the owner - Kristin. Kristin shockingly denied the return request (FOR STORE CREDIT) because of the "quick turnover of clothes on the floor". I actually buy into this logic - HOWEVER, WHAT MY MOM WAS RETURNING WAS, IN FACT, STILL ON THE FLOOR. It candidly felt like a bad canned response. I'm shocked they wouldn't make an exception for a (very) frequent customer. The girls behind the desk were also difficult when we were showing some store credit we have (which, incidentally, was given to us as a result of spending so much money there). At this point, we are struggling to find a reason to shop here. Big retailers have better sales, larger selections, and significantly better return policy. The items my husband bought ( 2 under armour tops- not on sale) but he did wean $10 for future use 10/28. I also purchase 3 items totaling over $50 dollars. Long store short Ending total was $58.22. They took $10 off, and my $10 precious coupon and 30% total $14. I saved $84!!!! Doing my happy dance. Upon entering the store on aThursday night at 7:45pm. It was quite and not busy at all. I was able to go shopping without bumping elbows with people or carts running into you or running little kids. I went to the jewelry section. It was well stocked and did not look messy at all. All items that were on sale were clearly labeled. Also there was one female worker stacking and fixing jewelry boxes. The next section I went to was the bedding section. I mentioned to him, that was trying to get some of my Christmas shopping done. He chuckled and said best to get it done now before the crowd comes in. I will continue to come to this Kohl's. I had a positive experience. The store was clean. Upon checkout at 8:18pm. There was only one cashier. I did not mind, since I was next in line.
