I went to Warminster kohl's tonight. Truth be told. I went there to cash in my $10 coupon that I earned when I purchase items with end total over $50. Another reason I went, it was televised that Kohl's was having a sale. If you spend over $50, you would get $10 off plus 20% off as long as it was not on the exclusion list. The items my husband bought ( 2 under armour tops- not on sale) but he did wean $10 for future use 10/28. I also purchase 3 items totaling over $50 dollars. Long store short Ending total was $58.22. They took $10 off, and my $10 precious coupon and 30% total $14. I saved $84!!!! Doing my happy dance. Upon entering the store on aThursday night at 7:45pm. It was quite and not busy at all. I was able to go shopping without bumping elbows with people or carts running into you or running little kids. I went to the jewelry section. It was well stocked and did not look messy at all. All items that were on sale were clearly labeled. Also there was one female worker stacking and fixing jewelry boxes. The next section I went to was the bedding section. The section was neatly stacked and clearly labeled. This store was already selling Christmas items. The last section I went to was the men's section. That was where my husband was. Like I said previously my husband purchased two items that were not on sale. Yes, it was clearly marked that it was not on sale. There were 2 female employees working, they were putting out new items and fixing the men's section. I did ask one of the ladies question. I asked if all items in the store would be 20% off. She nicely came over to us and explained how the 20% worked. I was very grateful for the explanation and the help. There was also a tall black gentleman, who was also very nice. I mentioned to him, that was trying to get some of my Christmas shopping done. He chuckled and said best to get it done now before the crowd comes in. I will continue to come to this Kohl's. I had a positive experience. The store was clean. Upon checkout at 8:18pm. There was only one cashier. I did not mind, since I was next in line. She was a very pleasant lady, she was not rushed and very kind to both my husband and I. I asked her questions, I just wanted to make sure that i would get 20% off, $10 off and use my $10 coupon. She was so nice ! She said don't worry. She also mention if I had the yes 2 you rewards and I said yes. She said those points are tripled!!!! read more

Everytime I go to Kohls to return something it's a nightmare. The lines are always so long that I end up walking out. Went back again today and only 4 people in line and still waited 30 mins. There were people checking out with full carts, people with returns that took forever. The staff takes forever as of they were new and they have been there for years. They never seen to have enough staff there at the registers. Also there were no one at self checkout and an employee there just standing around when they could have stepped up to the register to keep the line moving. With all this being said they need to have one return line only and a check out line for everyone else Who doesn't want to do self check out. read more

My online order had items that were pick up only. The deadline was Friday 9/5, and I was sick with COVID so I called the store and was told they'd hold it over the weekend but if I didn't pick it up they'd cancel the order. I was there today (sunday) waiting in a line 10+deep, to be told that they didn't have the order and had no way of knowing where it was the representative actually said quote we have been cut off, whatever that means. Not only was I feeling awful but I had to wait in that long line all because of somebody's incompetence. I've been shopping in this store since it opened regularly year-round and it has just gone downhill. If Kohl's goes out of business this is part of the reason why. You forget that you have loyal customers and start treating them poorly. Now the items that I needed for my grandson are sold out. I will shop somewhere else from now on. read more

I definitely prefer this Kohls to the other Kohls in Doylestown but Kohls as a store in general has left much to desire over the past years. This one does have the Sephora upgrade but I don't think I'll ever remember to go to Kohls so that I can go to Sephora. They also have the Amazon returns which lets face it , is the real reason people come here. Their home section was nicely merchandised the last time I came but the clothing was a little lacking. The parking gets very crowded here as well and there are not many close by handicap spots. read more

Had a return to Amazon. The person gave me a song and dance about how I should know how to return items. A nice young woman heard what was going on. Helped me through the process. Walked back in line. The two people you could tell didn't want to help me. But had to. Some people are so nice and some are so mean. read more

This Kohls is great. Employees are super nice and they have everything here!. Also during the holidays there are a lot of cashiers which make it easy to go in and get what I need and check out. Walmart should be more like Kohls. I also love looking for good deals and Kohls always has the best deals. There return policy is also very good and no hassel at all. read more

This Kohl's is located in Center Point Place in Warminster PA. On 11/13/20 my sister and I stopped in to look for the hot new card game of the 2020 holiday season, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza. We stopped by because this Kohl's is right down the street from her apartment and it had a few in stock. We did not find it but we were impressed by the game displays they did have and one associate who was working in the Kids Toys + Games section went over and above to try to help us track down the card game. Unfortunately we did not get her name but it was much appreciated. It is still a great Kohl's and I would come back again one day! read more

Such a horrible experience with the growing brand exclusions on their mailed promotions, I plan to destroy my card and cancel after having a card for nearly 20 years More things are now excluded by their mailed promotions than covered. Kohl's, you have competition now and your 800 customer service is utterly clueless!!! read more

Fabulous experience! Me and my fiancé family stop by kohl's to buy some last minute Christmas gift, we were only supposed to go in and out and we end up staying in the store for over two hours. Kohls had fabulous deals for Christmas and I ended up purchasing a few items for myself. Like a watch and some comfortable pillows, anyways the service was extremely nice. The service at the store were efficient, I asked for a few things and they guide me in the right way to find everything I needed to. The prices on regular items had a very nice discount which is great to save. I just want everyone to know how great is this store and I'm definitely coming back soon looking for more deals. read more

Store was very clean, huge selection for the entire family. Love shopping Kohl's clearance sections. Today we got men's dress shirts long and short sleeve for $10 each after using some Kohl's cash and shopping clearance. Store is always well stocked. Vet good quality items that last, even their store brand apt 9 items. Only negative would be that in the clearance racks the sizes on the hanger are always wrong so you have to check every item's size individually which takes a lot longer. Checkout lines were very long today but it was 2pm on a Saturday so is to be expected. They had all registers running (about 8 or so) so it wasn't a lack of employees or empty registers just a busy shopping day. They even had a hostess helping direct the best person in line to the next open register so it went very smoothly and quickly and she was very nice and personable while we were waiting. I was recently in this Kohl's store again early in the morning shopping last week when the store opened as well as on Black Friday for the holiday sales. My second time shopping here, I encountered a different shopping experience then the first time around. I found the store to be in a sad state of affairs being extremely untidy and disorganized to say the least.While most employees were courteous some seemed quite miserable. This store seems to have enough management but lacks team/sales associates to assist customers and to keep the store neat and clean. Finally, Kohl's may want to consider launching a employee incentive programs to hire more employees and I would strongly consider hiring a night crew to clean up the store over night.Hopefully next year will be a better shopping experience at this Kohl's location. This is one of the many reasons customers opt to use the internet for online shopping than to shop in person at stores especially around the holidays not to mention the rest of the year. read more

I like this kohls store, well run, well stocked and the sales are pretty good as well.

Just moved here and had to pick out some dishes in a pinch. My wife had 2 great employees help her with some dishes that needed to be ordered. Both employees went out of their way to give great customer service and Janet helped my wife with getting the best possible sale price. We'll definitely be shopping here! read more

This is definitely my favorite store to shop at for clothes and my mother especially likes their shoes. Pretty much everyone I know shops there as their store of choice. They also have a pretty decent selection of items for men, but not as much as for us women! Another puss is that they are constantly running sales, after I use my coupons the bill is almost cut in half! read more

Horrendous,, we have 2 accounts with Kohl's one in my name and a joint acct, made a payment on my account they applied it to the joint acct, so the joint account has a credit my account is past due with $16 late fee, call up and after 40 minutes of a painful conversation the kohl's rep finally gets it , so I THINK,,, he tell me he will credit the late fee and the financing fee and it will be done automatically in the system... One week goes by and no credit , I make another call to Kohl's credit dept ..another 30 minutes explaining what happened and I was assured for the 2nd time the credit would be handled , I said OK i don't want this late fee to accrue and guess what its now $38 dollars in late fees, get 4 calls on a Sunday from Kohl's , explain this for a third time and get told once again it will be taken care of -3RD TIME , wait for it I get another call on 12/15 that I HAVE MISSED 2 PAYMENTS ,,, explain the situation for the 4th time.... and asked why no one at Kohl's can due there job,,,, oh I am sorry sir you can rest assure that I will take care of this matter.-4TH Time... today 12/26/19.. I received a letter from Kohl's my account is suspended and is past due.... i am utterly speechless the level of incompetence, lack of obvious training......... read more
