As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. Picked up on time ( they knew we were tourists as soon as we came out of baggage claims) at both airport and for the return trip. Friendly drivers, quick service and even received perfect drive time. The shared ride service was perfect for the DIA to Denver drive. Shared ride means you may share with other people but since we were not in a rush to get into Denver, the ride took only 40 minutes. The private ride service was perfect for the return ride as we needed to be on time so we got a direct ride at less than a taxi cost! Ride time was 30 minutes and got us to the airport at the commercial drop off location (not the curb where all others get dropped off). He came back and asked if my daughter was ready now; he said they would pick her up in 14 minutes! I looked at Life360 less than 15 minutes after hanging up with Nick, and my girl was on the move, driving to DEN! Because of Nick and my daughter's driver, Jeffrey, she made her flight and wasn't stranded alone overnight in Denver.
