Jamal was amazing!! I requested a very last minute ride for my mother as a surprise to pick up for my brother. My mom isn't great with navigating and has some disability issues that slow her down. Excellent service with well maintained cars. I will hire them again for airport pickup and drop off. Jamal the owner is very courteous and humble. Saifa another employee who dropped us at the airport was excellent as well. He was on time. I sent them an email with our flight details and they confirmed the pickup. After collecting our luggage we met them at island 2 of the airport passengers pick up in 5mins. I would recommend this service specially for people who need car seats for their babies. Jamal and his drivers are always on time (early) and provide excellent service. The price is not far off from what you'd pay to get an Uber XL, but the convenience and service are light years better. Another EXCELLENT Customer Service experience! I called to arrange pickup at DIA for my sister, arriving late at night from JFK with a rain/snow mix in the forecast. I received a competitive price without any extra fees from their fleet of SUV's. The price was based on distance, no BS for time of day, taxes, airport fees, vehicle type, etc. When my sister's arrival was delayed 24 hours due to the Covid-19 pandemic (JFK traffic control had shut down for 30 mins), Jamal tracked her flight into the next night. Upon calling for pickup at DIA, my sister was greeted by her name which was very re-assuring after an arduous trip.
