The clerk, a guy wearing a tie-dye, seemed to enjoy saying no. No attempt to assist. No discussion, didn't test the device. Just said, nope and see ya. I'm giving them two stars only because the other person I've dealt with there was awesome. Losing a customer that may have generated about $3000 annually over a $45 vape. Already moved on to a better store. They've offered to exchange this item as it clearly wasn't used. That's customer service. Good luck competing with the 75+ other shops in the area. I was able to choose a juice called "Dinner Lady" which had a lemon tart flavor to it. I highly recommend this flavor if you need a fruit-flavored suggestion. I really appreciate the time and patience Conner had because my friend and I definitely asked way too many questions. The prices for their products were reasonable.
