Every Associate working the counter has been friendly, attentive, efficient and just very pleasant do business with, especially Mir! I live in Farmers Branch, but it is so worth it to drive up to DJ's! (About 30 minutes). I come up about once a month, so I have a pretty big order-4 cartons plus a few singles! I told them my brand of choice, and they have had them ready EVERY TIME! I only smoke cigarettes, but they have SO MUCH OTHER STUFF!! I don't even know what most of it is used for! (I'm 66!). But, there is a lot of variety! In this day and age (that makes me sound even older!), DJ's is a bright spot to visit when I run errands! Did I mention the two RESERVED PARKING SPOTS in front? Where this went wrong was coming home and finding the container empty. I should've checked the container before leaving the store. When I brought this up to the clerk, he told me there was nothing he could do so I had to buy another. It probably wasn't his fault that the container didn't have the product it promised, and it very well may have been over him to rectify the situation. Still, I was annoyed that I had to pay twice for a product I didn't receive the first time.
