Good customer service matter. I guess being racially profiled. They are acting any ol' way to customers and taking their money. I usually don't write reviews. I simply came to the store to buy something I saw the other day afterwork and go home. I was already tired. However, I was met with the gentleman's attitude. At first he would not help me really saying too fast "we don't have". I had to guide him to the place where another worker, who was so kind help me find something and there it was. And it the way he beckoned me to come, I felt like he treated me less than a person, like a pet. I did not feel right at all. This is what it comes to? Treating certain people like pets and taking their hard earned money? He did help me find what I was looking for. He never apologized for treating me like I was a problem just for coming into the store. Maybe he had a bad day because he was clearly angry with me and I just wanted to find and buy a certain product. I ended up buying and left the store, but I had a bad taste in my mouth for the experience I've endured. Please, treat your customers much better. We still want to feel good buying things. Saying thank you goes a long way. I don't know what is going on in that store, maybe security and cameras are needed. Maybe you should not be security and a customer service agent at the same time. I would not go to that location anymore unless for some reason the item is definitely in that store and I would just have to grin and bare it.

Each time I went, the ladies on the floor were very nice, very decent and very courteous. The person who wasn't courteous was the person that worked cashier originally. For some reason I'm assuming she has a biased against people that look like me. Twice not once but twice I went to this cashier on both of those visits and she handed me off in Spanish or whatever she said I don't know what, to a different cashier. She had no problem taking the money from the customer that was before me, but as soon as I stepped to the counter, she didn't want to serve me. I was polite every single time I went to the store. There was absolutely no reason for her to hand me off not once but twice. I will never spend my money in that store again. The first time it happened I said no it can't be that right so let me come back again next week and see if it happens again. Same woman at the cashier and I'm the same person and it happened every single time that I went. If black females are problems maybe you need to move to another planet. And it's a shame because they really have a lot of products in there and my black friend went in there but I guess since he's a guy the lady didn't mistreat him. I have also found some unusual things here at a really good deal - like these stacking containers I use for jewelry making. They were almost double the price on Amazon. That says something to me! From brooms to laundry baskets, from video game cables to tools, from party supplies to pet toys and beds, from ornaments to rugs, etc. They offer a bit of everything.
